“Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Clean room , comfy bed, breakfast very good . Bar and restaurant nice.”

“Photos of property were misleading property was much older than photos showed. Expect charges for almost every amenity. For instance water to make your coffee is an additional charge.Low quality bedding linens and towels. Items left in the room from previous customers or guests for example balloons and rose petals. When we told the front desk that the jets in our tub were not working they politely said yes you are correct. When we asked if we could get them looked at they said no, they are just……

“L'accès a la chambre est particulier, monté au 7eme, traverser l'immeuble et aller a l'étage de la chambre Le personnel était très bien Le petit déjeuner et le dîner était aussi bien, mais bruyant. La propreté de la douche mériterait un produit anti moisissure.”

“The stay at Cosmopolitan was perfect for us. Arrived early on August 20th at 10:30 and we were able to check in for a much needed shower and nap. Breakfast was very good! Room was more of a studio apartment with refrigerator, microwave and stove. Grocery store only a short walk away. And the air conditioning was the best! Great stay!”

“From check in to room cleaning to breakfast, this has been the worst Novotel experience I’ve ever had. I am an All member and this Novotel Gonzaga was far from being a Novotel standards. Lazy service. I had to ask to do additional towels several times. Check in took 30 minutes. I took 1 hour from SP to Santos, and took 30 minutes for a lousy check in. ”

“No my room didn't overlook the beach. The room was clean and it was in a terrific location with easy access to everything. This is like a historic building. It's ginormous and it's right across from the beach so lots of rooms face the beach. It has air conditioning. We had two private bedrooms with bathroom and a fridge It suit our needs perfectly. Breakfast was included in the room price. ”
