Stay at the Frio, 2025

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic! Could not change a thing!!!

Annual Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For a house that sleeps 26, the pots, pans were inadequate to accommodate that many guests. All pans were in bad shape and there were not many bowls. Cups, plates,eating bowls, silverware were well stocked. A/C works great. House needed mopping and dusting. No pantry or extra space to store groceries for 5 night vacation was difficult. Ice machine is a nice added feature, but isn't working to full capacity. House is nice just needs some more cooking dishes and remove decor on kitchen shelves for storage and clean those shelves. There was an inch of dust on the top shelf.
