Host was very responsive to messages and checked in a couple times to make sure everything was good. Place was very clean although there were a couple ear wigs but that’s to be expected in that area. the furnishings were functional but not fancy or quaint. It was surprisingly quiet. Over all it worked great for the purpose, just know what you are getting. This is not the high end cozy kind of hospitality but it meet all the expectations I had. I don’t often take advantage of the “extras” anyway so why pay more for amenities I’m not using. the price is perfect for our budget and it was walking distance to family. Will definitely book again! One other person said the neighborhood was sketchy, but honestly it was fine, just a working class neighborhood. Although nearby there are sketchy areas so also one needs to be street smart.

Overall the room was fine. There were some burn marks on nightstand. The neighborhood isn't the greatest. It is easily uber-able to popular destinations in the area. The host was communicative, and allowed an early check-in.
