A beautiful rental…however as a group of young women there are no blinds, curtains or window tint( the house next to us/ connected could easily see in the kitchen and living room), none of the windows in ground level were locked and were very hard to lock, and the master bedroom door doesn’t shut all the way so we couldn’t even lock it god forbid someone did come in. Just a. few safety precautions to look into to make the stay feel more comfortable! Thank you ”

“The perfect spot for our niece’s wedding weekend.The property is spacious and well appointed. Close to everything but still feels private. Comfortable beds and sitting areas. The pool was amazing and a great spot to relax between wedding events. We had 7 adults stay there was plenty of room for everyone. Dave is a great host. Questions were answered right away. Look forward to a return trip for the next Southampton wedding!”

“Absolutely beautiful! We stay in Montauk often and this was one of the best rentals we have stayed in. Beautifully decorated, clean and well appointed space for the square footage. The ocean views from the balcony were stunning. ”

“We loved the property and it was easy access off the interstate. The entire house was decorated beautifully and very clean. We had everything we needed and if we are in the area again we will definitely book this place again if available. The hosts were easy to contact and answered any questions. “This cottage really does feel right out of fairytale and the surrounding gardens are exquisitely manicured with beautiful statues and inviting chaise lounges, you can’t help but to relax. The homeowners are super friendly and kind and have thought of every detail in the cottage, including Q-tips and cotton balls, make up washcloths, a selection of coffees and teas. Oh, and the location is unbeatable. It’s a short walk into Bridgehampton and all the best beaches are a 10 minute drive, if that. I……

“The room was very nicely decorated and clean and had everything you would need. We enjoyed our stay here and appreciated not having to bring linens and towels to a vrbo rental. The only issues we faced not booking directly with the hotel was not being able to use hotel shuttle to town and we ran out of toilet paper and the front desk said they are not supoosed to provide it as we didnt book through them. Other than that the property is very nice providing seating outside to enjoy a beautiful……
