「I thought this property would be nice based on the photos and reviews, but it was awesome. I felt like I was staying in a brand new luxury condo. I loved everything about it - the exposed brick, woodwork, lighting, etc. We didn’t do any cooking so I can’t speak to kitchen supplies (but the kitchen is gorgeous!).」

「By far, the most unique place we've stayed. But we never felt we were sacrificing comfort. What else could you want? Big soft bed, HUGE bathroom, well-stocked kitchen with home made breakfast burritos in the freezer, and plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 dogs. We rented a sandboard and sled to visit the dunes and checked out Zapata falls on the way home. 10/10 amazing!」

「Our stay was comfortable and quiet. We did not mind the stairs to the apartment, the location is directly in town and we walked to many shops and restaurants. The AC and ceiling fans kept us cool, enough hot water in the shower and kitchen for washing dishes. We found the washer and dryer conveniently located across the hallway. When we next return to the area, we book our stay again at this clean, quiet and convenient location.」

「It was clean overall but the inside of the pull out sofa bed was full of trash. We could not wash the dishes since there was no sponge or dishcloth or anyting to wash the dishes with. 」

「We visited Lake City to ride the trails in and around Alpine Loop. This house was perfect for our family of 4. This was during the time in which you can ride side by sides through town and hit the trails instead of trailering every day. We enjoyed our stay…big plus was this home has a tankless hot water heater. A major deal with 4 people (3 girls) trying to take showers back to back. I would definitely stay here again.」
