This spacious villa in Saint-André-de-Roquelongue has all the amenities like a private swimming pool (open from May upto and including September ) and a sauna to unwind you and rejuvenate your muscles and mind. There are 4 bedrooms here, which can accommodate 8 people, making it ideal for 2 families or a group of couples.

Daily essentials can be bought from the stores just 500 m away. If you want to do horse riding, then just go 2 km ahead. You can also to the sea in Peyriac-de-Me for some stunning views, after a short drive. Réserve Africaine de Sigean - Parc Animalier, 11 km away can also be visited if you are a nature lover.

Apart from a well-equipped kitchen, the villa has a barbecue for grilling meals. A roofed terrace is available to enjoy meals, while kids play in the fenced garden. The living cum dining room has a fireplace for cozy evenings. The recreation room with table tennis table keeps you engaged when bored. You can also request for a cot and high chair if the little ones are with you.

An optional utilities and service package of EUR 380,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
