Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 35 m² air-conditioned flat for rent in Saint-André, which can accommodate up to 3 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.
The accommodation comprises:
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa bed (1 person), dining area...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- A separate WC
- Shared laundry room
Outside area :
- A 3 m² balcony to make the most of fine weather
The flat is ideally located in Saint-André, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Beaches 10km away with all water sports facilities
- Cycling from the cycle path in the village to the sea or Le Boulou.
- Hiking from the village and surrounding villages in the Albères massif.
- Village on the Romanesque route with its Romanesque church.
- Visit the Romanesque art in all the neighbouring villages (church cloister ....)
Transport :
- By car : you can park directly in the collective private car park for unnumbered cars.
- Nearest train station: Argelès-Sur-Mer SNCF station, 11 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Perpignan Rivesaltes Méditerranée airport, 31 minutes by car.
