About 10 km from St Nazaire, 20 km from Pornic, 25 km from La Baule and 30 km from Guérande, Bleu Océan is an apartment located in St Brévin les Pins, facing the sea, on the 3rd floor (with elevator). Secure beach opposite the apartment and walking access to the center with its shops and restaurants.
Its covered balcony (7 m²) offers the permanent spectacle of the sea and its nautical activities (St Nazaire cruise ships opposite), and magnificent sunsets.
Private uncovered car space.
The apartment consists of a fitted kitchen open to the living room (quality 140x190 convertible sofa), a bedroom (160x200 bed) and a bathroom/wc.
Additional equipment: 4G card (40 GB), high chair/cot on request.
All inclusive: electricity, electric heating, sheets (beds made on arrival) and towels.
Not included: end of stay cleaning (€50) and tourist tax.
Animal on request.

Appartement spacieux pour 2 personnes offrant des espaces de vie distincts. Bien équipé et décoré. Hôtes conviviaux et arrangeants. Emplacement proche de commerces de qualité et place de parking très appréciable. La vue est superbe et toujours changeante. Environnement calme.
