Wonderful St Cast

We just had a truly wonderful week in St Cast. The house was perfect for our two families with teenage children. The photos on the website don’t do it justice - the views and all the amenities of the house, the beach and the town of St Cast all add up to a fantastic place to vacation. And Gilles, the owner, couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Highly recommended.

Lovely house very close to great beach

Absolutely lovely old house which is 3 mins walk from beach and 10 mins from town centre. Amazing views of the sea and beach from the property. Family that rented it were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

we spent 5 days in this house. We are a family of 12 people of different ages. The house served us well. Everyone found their place and felt good in this house. The house is well equipped. Highly recommend to anyone who comes to visit Brittany.

Beautiful House in a Great Location

Our group of old friends had a great week at this beautiful & characterful house. The spacious house easily accommodated 11 of us. The setting is lovely, with a mature garden, great sea views and a 3 minute stroll to the beach. We especially enjoyed the pool table and petanque piste. The town of St Cast is an easy 15 minute walk away, and there are plenty of great walks and beaches on this stretch of coast. We thoroughly recommend it for larger family or friends gatherings. The owner, Gilles, was friendly and helpful too.

Séjour en Bretagne pluvieux mais chaleureux

Grande maison, proche de la mer avec une vue magnifique. Le temps étaient pluvieux alors nous avons bien pu profiter de cette grande maison, de sa cheminée et du billard. Entre deux averses aussi de la plage et du terrain de boules. Parfait pour des retrouvaille en famille!

C'est la deuxième fois que je reviens dans cette superbe demeure avec une vie exceptionnelle, et je suis toujours aussi ravi. Nous avons passé une semaine entre amis dans cette grande maison de la fin du 19ème siècle, très fonctionnelle et tout le monde a été enchanté. Excellent accueil des propriétaires. Magnifique séjour en Bretagne

Un séjour tout confort hors du temps

Difficile de savoir par quoi commencer tellement notre séjour a en tous points été formidable. De la communication avec les propriétaires, à l'accueil sur place à notre arrivée, à leur disponibilité et arrangements divers pendant notre séjour pour répondre à nos questions, bref tout a été formidable. Vous aimez les endroits un peu hors du temps, alliant le tout confort (électroménager, literie et équipements) à l'authenticité et l'âme d'une vieille bâtisse, pour vous ressourcer, passer du temps vrai avec votre famille ou vos amis, cet endroit ne pourra que répondre à vos attentes. Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cette belle propriété de la fin du 19ème siècle très calme et très ensoleillée. Cette belle demeure a vraiment une âme et malgré son âge possède tous les éléments de confort. De plus la vue sur la mer est splendide et les propriétaires très accueillants. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de Noël dans cette maison très grande, pleine de charme, parfaitement équipée et qui jouit de vues sur la mer. Saint Cast est une jolie station balnéaire très agréable et une semaine n'a pas suffi à découvrir toutes les merveilles qu'offre cette splendide région. Nous avons croisé le propriétaire en fin de séjour et avons eu un excellent contact avec lui.

Fantastic week at La Bertinière

We had a great week at the house which was really in top condition and showed the care that Gilles and his family have for the the property. There were 12 of us staying from three generations and the house provided ample space for bedrooms and also communal areas, including the large garden. St-Cast is also a lovely town with a nice beach. Gilles the owner was very responsive and it was nice to meet him at the house at the beginning and of our stay. 5 stars from all 12 guests!
