「Excellent house with a wide range of facilities. The pool was fabulous and the games room was a real bonus. The hosts were very helpful we would highly recommend this property for a short break or a longer relaxing holiday」

「Property was clean and tidy. Very nice situation in the countryside near a forest. Had a fantastic break. Great little pool and loverly hot tub made hot days and evenings very relaxing and great fun. Beautiful cottage in loverly gardens with everything on hand for a fantastic getaway. We used as a base and travelled to Tours,, Le Mans. Alençon and other local spots. The host Bruno was great and could not be more helpful if he tried which made our break all the more relaxing as we new he was on...

「Aan de rand van het plaatsje Pacé staat een huis met een prachtige grote tuin. De eigenaars hebben de voormalige schuur prachtig verbouwd. Een luxe keuken en knap ingedeelde slaap/douchezolder. We hebben er heerlijk geslapen. De eigenaars zijn zeer aardig en belangstellend. Uitstapjes in de omgeving doe je met de auto.」

「Ideal base for medium size group of friends who don’t mind a sharing experience.」

「A very pleasant stay at Gite du Jouteau with our family of eleven, our ages ranged from 9 to 76. Surprisingly the indoor pool was a bonus with temps in the mid 30s during our stay allowing us to cool off easily. Very quiet area and a relaxing stay in the Sarthe region of France.」

「Super week-end entre amis (nous étions 21), dans une école transformée en gîte de toute beauté.La pièce principale est très grande et fait office de salle à manger, de cuisine de salon et de salle de jeu. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut, et rien ne manque.Les chambres à l’étage sont d’anciennes classes et presque toutes ont une salle de bain et décorées avec goût. Idéal pour un week-end avec famille et amis.」

「Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal dort und es war wieder einmal fantastisch. Der riesengroße Garten lädt zum Spielen und Verweilen ein. Das Cottage aus Stein ist urig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Auch bei heißem Sommerwetter ist das Haus angenehm temperiert. Die Natur in der Umgebung ist ideal für Spaziergänge und für Gassi-Runden (wir waren mit unserem Hund dort). Die Vermieterin Lucy war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!」

「Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très agréable et fraîche en été et les extérieurs superbes. La piscine intérieure a été très appréciée des petits et grands! Nous avons découvert cette région magnifique avec les conseils avisés des propriétaires toujours disponibles. Nous reviendrons!」

「Gîte spacieux et agréable (confort, jardin, cour pour garer les véhicules etc...), merveilleusement situé pour randonner autour de Fresnay-sur-Sarthe (nombreux PR et GR) et dans les alpes mancelles ! En plus, il y a des commerçants locaux qui présentent d'excellents produits ! Bref, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la Sarthe !」
