A 31 m² studio for 4 people with a south-facing balcony, located on the 2nd floor of the "Les Mélèzes" residence in Chantemerle, approximately 800 meters from the ski slopes and shops. A free village shuttle stops right in front of the residence, providing easy access to the lower village and the ski lift area. Outdoor parking is included with the rental.

The apartment features:
A fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine.
A living area with a pull-out sofa bed and a TV.
A sleeping alcove with a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm).
A bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet.
Access to a private ski locker.
