“Under new owners this property is a work in progress. Friendly and helpful owners got us out of a tight spot. Good, cheap breakfast, bar on site, a short walk to everything in Gloucester. EV owners note there are plans to instal EV charging which is lacking in Gloucester.”

“The location is great, 10 minutes from Gloucester on a hill top with fantastic views and cows, a donkey and a small horse in the fields. The property however is a shack on the outside and inside. It does have a shower though no hot water, there is aircon, internet and small tv which you can log into your provider. There is no eating area apart from a table outside but there are so many flies and mosquitoes you cannot use it. The sofa is a fold down bed which needs throwing out and the bedroom……

“This was our second time staying at The Ridge and for good reason. If you are looking for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of city living I can definitely recommend this outstanding oasis. Tranquility, birds, Wallaroos, and a winding pathway leads you to a superbly designed house which can accommodate 2 families with ease. I love this place. Green frogs, the fire pit, relaxing outdoor setting overlooking the mountain ranges and Gloucester which is only 5-10 minutes away by car. Do nothing or……
