Choice between ground floor (ground floor) and ground floor (RDJ) same rental amount.
1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 on the ground floor. The second bedroom of the ground floor has 2 beds reachable (90x200) and 1 possible extra bed.
On the ground floor 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) The second bedroom of the RDJ includes 4 beds (2 beds convertible 90x600 and 2 adult bunk beds 60x190) 1 possible extra bed.
In each apartment: 1 bathroom with shower sinks, 1 separate toilet.
In each apartment living room / kitchen (45 m² and 33 m² ground floor) with pyrolysis oven, microwave, induction cooking table, dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, fridge freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, iron and coffee table. iron, hair dryer.

Terrace with table for 12 people protected from the sun by awning at the rdj or shade sail on terrace of the rdc. Large gas griddle in each apartment.
900 m² garden with heated swimming pool protected by an electric safety shutter for the exclusive use of the tenants of the 2 apartments. The garden is adjoining the south with an olive grove of more than 10 ha land of discovery for children and the west with the vineyards that line the hill that separates us from Saint-Florent. North of the sea is 600 m. The pebble beach and the road are 800 m and the sandy beach of Tettola and its large parking at 1500 m. The port of Saint-Florent is 2 km away. A bad tennis court is available for free 100 m from the house; it serves as a playground for children!
The house is the last on the path of treperi which serves after us only the olive grove: there is no traffic, it serves us as a bowling alley!
The region of Balagne is known for its creeks and beaches too many to know them all, its coastal path (that of Cap Corse starts at 2 km from the house. The desert of Agriates gives access to the famous beaches of Saleccia and Lodu) The typical villages of the region deserve a day of discovery. The site of Cap Corse offers breathtaking landscapes, hiking trails.
Holidays always go too fast in these places!

Unterkunft mit wunderbarem Ausblick auf das Meer und die Weinberge

Einchecken mit Schlüssel unter Fußmatte problemlos Küche gut ausgestattet; Betten sehr bequem; keine Handtücher Sauberkeit: Haare vom Vormieter in der Badezimmerschublade; Stechmückeninvasion an zwei Tagen in der fensterlosen Toilette und im fensterlosen Bad. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, der auf dem Festland lebt, jederzeit unkompliziert und sehr hilfsbereit bei unseren Anliegen.

Deux semaines de vacances bien agréables

L'appartement de Jean-Pierre est superbe : bien conçu, avec des vues superbes sur la montagne et la mer. Malgré une météo pas vraiment favorable (vent, pluies), nous avons adoré la région : Bastia - CapCorse - IleRousse - Calvi. Les trajets en voiture sont ... compliqués mais cela fait partie du charme de l'Ile. Dans les jours qui ont précédé notre arrivée, la communication avec le propriétaire a été compliquée, ce qui a créé du stress. Sur place, Anne-Marie nous a accueillis avec le sourire.

Es war alles zur besten Zufriedenheit,die Tochter war im OG in Urlaub und hat bei Rückfragen zu unsererer Zufriedenheit mit Rat und Tat zur seite gestanden. Den Pool mit 2 Parteien zu nutzen ist Kein Problem. Auch die Reinigung des Pools ist einfach dank Saugrobotter. Wir konnten sogar unsere E Biks und Motorräder in der Garage abstellen. Großes Lob an die Tochter. Komme gerne wieder. Toller Ausgangspunkt ruhig gelegen. 20 Minuten Fußweweg bis ins Zentrum.

Vineyard Not Sea Views

Modern, clean and spacious apartment with beautiful views over the vineyards, garden and pool. A good base for touring northern Corsica. However, having booked the top floor apartment specifically for seaviews, the owner contacted us just days before our arrival to say that he had double booked us. The family in the top floor apartment would not move out - even though they had booked much later - and so we had no choice but to accept the 10% refund and stay in the ground floor apartment. The owner was extremely apologetic, but we were disappointed not to have the views we had looked forward to. Perhaps if the two apartments were listed separately, this error may not have happened. A couple of minor points - there was no bathroom soap provided and while the kitchen is well stocked, bizarrely we had just one mug between us until the local agent was able to provide another. But, overall a lovely week.

Einzigartige wunderschöne Unterkunft

Wir haben zwei Wochen in dieser schönen Wohnung im Erdgeschoss genossen. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas entfernt vom Zentrum Saint Florent, welches man aber auch zu Funkübertragung einen Weg durch die Weinberge erreichen kann. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und hat einen wunderschönen und gepflegten Garten (inkl. Gas-Grill, Pfirsichbaum, Feigenbaum und Trauben, an denen wir uns bedienen durften) mit einem sauberen Pool. Der Blick auf die Weinberge, während man unter der Outdoor-Dusche steht, ist unbezahlbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief stets sehr gut. Der Kontakt zur Hausverwalterin war zunächst etwas schwierig, dann aber problemlos.

Excellent séjour, au top !

Le +, nous avions la location en rez-de-chaussée , étage du haut donc, par rapport au bas ,il y a une très belle vue mer et la climatisation dans les chambres. Emplacement très calme, beau jardin bien entretenu, ville accessible par les vignes aussi, belle promenade à faire. L appartement est très bien équipé et très spacieux, bien insonorisé. Le propriétaire et la personne qui nous a accueilli , sont très accessibles et agréables. Le -, le lit pour la 5 ème personne est un lit d appoint pas adapté pour les + de 10 ans. L accès mer peut se faire à pieds effectivement mais la pente pour revenir est très raide, le propriétaire nous avait prévenu.

La maison est vraiment top, la vue sur les vignes est super agréables. Les pièces sont superbement desservies. Rien ne manque ( ou presque, un grille pain😜) pour passer un excellent séjour dans le calme et la beauté de l’ile. Félicita pour cette super location. On a adoré.
