Cosy resort "Suarella". 3 houses in the residence. 68 apartments in the residence. In the district of Fromontica 2.5 km from the centre of St. Florent, 68 km from the centre of Calvi, 23 km from the centre of Bastia, in a sunny, elevated position on a slope, 300 m from the sea, 300 m from the beach, in the countryside. For shared use: property with plants and trees, swimming pool fenced (15 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Terrace, children's playground. In the complex: reception, WiFi, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 2.5 km, bus stop 2.7 km, sandy beach 300 m. Surf school, sailing school 300 m. Please note: car recommended. Wifi only at the reception.
"Suarella", 1-room apartment 24 m2. Practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining table and TV can be hired. Exit to the balcony. Vue magnifique sur st Florent et sa baie

Le studio était spacieux et bénéficiait de toutes les commodités indispensables. La terrasse a été très appréciée car spacieuse et sans vis à vis avec les autres résidents. La piscine était très propre et calme. La résidence est bien située, à 20mn à pied du centre de St Florent, et entre le cap Corse, le désert des agriates, et l'île rousse. Je recommande

Schöner Blick, Einrichtung schlecht

1. Anlage grundsätzlich annehmbar; Hausstrand nicht besonders schön; Pool war o.k., aber die Einstiegsleiter war defekt und stellte ein Unfallrisiko dar; Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden und gut erreichbar 2. Einrichtung alt, abgenutzt und heruntergekommen; kein Wasserkocher; Kühlschrank laut und störend beim Schlafen (nur 1 Raum) und unhygienisch; Sicherungskasten mitten im Studio ohne Abdeckung; Badezimmer schimmelig und ohne Lüftung; Kochtöpfe mit Metallgriffen und -deckeln; keine Topflappen vorhanden; defekter Wasserhahn an der Küchenspüle; Ventilator nicht richtig montiert; schmutzige Deckenlampen 3. Bett / Schlafcouch trotz Bitte um eine rückenfreundliche Schlafgelegenheit absolut unbequem und rückenschädlich 4. Personal war nett und freundlich 5. W-LAN nur unzureichend nutzbar und ausschließlich direkt im Bereich der Rezeption 6. Bettwäsche war lediglich ein großes Baumwolllaken und ein Kopfkissenbezug pro Person, schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis 7. Obwohl eine Nichtraucherunterkunft, wurden intensiv die Balkone und Flure zum Rauchen genutzt, so dass der kalte Nikotingestank die Raumluft sowie das Sitzen auf dem Balkon unerträglich machte 8. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis schlecht; keine Weiterempfehlung!!! Fotos können ggf. nachgereicht werden.

Une note vraiment dans la moyenne inférieure.

Appartement vraiment mal meublé, vieux et laid. Propreté vraiment qui laissait à désirer. Odeur de renfermé. Rideau de douche bon pour jeter à la poubelle. pas de linge pour essuyer la vaisselle. Pas de climatiseur ni de ventilateur, comment dormir dans une pareille chaleur. Avons donc dû nous acheter un ventilateur pour dormir la nuit que nous avons d'ailleurs laissé là-bas. Moissisures autour du bain, la douche téléphone rouillée, un matelas qui sentait mauvais.Bref, studio qui pourrait être très agréable pour deux personnes pcq. très bien situé, mais qui aurait besoin d'un sérieux coup de pinceau et d'un renouvellement de mobilier et de rideaux à la porte patio. Et également muni de deux petites chaises de plage et d'un parasol pour profiter un peu de baignade à la plage. Bref, nous sommes propriétaire d'un condo au Mexique et je vous assure que le nôtre est drôlement supérieur en terme de propreté et beaucoup mieux équipé. Par contre la personne qui nous a reçue, un monsieur très sympatique et aidant. Jacqueline Julien et Benoit Roy du Québec.
