「Our stay in the cottage was lovely. A couple of things. Wifi does not work in cottage. Bathroom lights flickered. Dinner and breakfast were one of our bests on our trip. Felt bad for the manager on the evening shift. She had trainees to supervise. Front desk to manage and bar to oversee. I think that that was unfair. The wait staff should have had at least one person who knew how to clear tables.」

「Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Nähe zum Fährhafen war gut. Das Frühsrück war liebevoll und abwechslungsreich. Die Zimmer allerdings nicht wie auf der Website beschrieben, viel kleiner. Das Möbiliar wurde schon lang nicht mehr gewartet: kaputter Duschschlauch und ein Badezimmerschrank der an einer Seite stark locker war und herunter hing. Im anderen Zimmer war ein Riss in der Bettdecke- was allerdings schnell behoben wurde.」

「Prima voor 1 overnachting voor een vroege overtocht naar Engeland. De woonwijk erom heen is rustig. Het hotel en de kamer is gedateerd, maar nog acceptabel. De hond mag mee, ook in de ontbijtzaal. Het ontbijt was in orde. Beter dan bij de meeste goedkope (weg)hotels. Kwaliteit van de koffie kon wel beter. Zou fijn nog automaten komen met drinken en snacks. Deze waren nu alleen verkrijgbaar door de receptie aan te spreken. Het was niet druk tijdens ons verblijf, dus er was meer dan genoeg...
