The apartment RACOON REVEUR is located in the residence Crystal beach, built on the beach of Raisins clear.

It has been completely renovated and furnished to new in August 2017.
Its terrace on the first floor overlooks the Caribbean Sea, 15 meters from the lagoon. You will be able to fall asleep lulled by the rhythm of the waves and wake up with a panoramic sea view at 180 ° on Marie-Galante and the Pointe des Châteaux. The residence has two swimming pools, one for children and one for adults and direct access to the beach of clear grapes very famous in Guadeloupe. Great apartment! All the details taken care of; thoughtfully appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We didn't cook, but we could have; the kitchen was well-stocked with pots/pans, knives and other utensils, as well as basics like cooking oil, salt, pepper, etc.The location was beautiful; great ocean view! You can't swim right in front of the condo because of the rocks, but it is an easy walk up the beach for swimming. Loved that beach chairs were provided. We also greatly appreciated being able to walk to a great bakery and a really good pizza and burger place, as well as a beach bar restaurant.

Guadeloupe paradise

The description of the property was mostly accurate with several minor exceptions: the “adult” pool is very small and crowded for such a large complex and on occasion the island (and this property) experience temporary water shortages. While this affected us minimally, it is worth noting for anyone intending to visit. Otherwise this is a wonderful property. It is very clean, well maintained and has all of the necessities including an espresso maker, washing machine, iron, beach chairs, a cooler and playpen. The kitchen is very well equipped and the view is spectacular. The WiFi is excellent. There is a boulangerie/patisserie at the property entrance as well as several restaurants and a well equipped mini market. Above all, the property manager Veronika was most accommodating and helpful. In that we speak very little French, she assisted us with a variety of issues such as best beaches, restaurants and how to operate some of the appliances. We highly recommend this property.

Le condo est super bien équipé et Veronika est excellente et toujours disponible à aider. La localisation est directement sur la plage mais il faut savoir que l'on ne neut se baigner en face à cause des coraux. Aussi au moment ou nous y étions ( 5 semaines) les sargasses étaient abondantes sur la plage à proximité ce qui limitait la baignade à cet endroit. Il faut savoir que l'eau du robinet n'est pas potable et qu'il y a risque de disette d'eau à cause de la vétusté du système d'aqueduc. La proprio et VRBO devraient mentionner ces inconvénients dans la rubrique d'information. Malgré la beauté des lieux et l 'efficacité de Veronika notre apréciation est mixte. Brigitte et André

Location pieds dans le sable,un petit bémol cependant ,la baignade n est pas possible à cet endroit à cause des coraux. Très bel appartement bien équipé. Piscine dans la résidence, boulangerie et épicerie à la porte. Quelques soucis avec l eau sont possible en période de manque de pluie. Mais il y a une citerne de secours. Bref à recommander pour de bonnes vacances.

Tolle Unterkunft mit wunderschönem Meerblick

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben direkt am Meer mit wunderschönem Blick beim Frühstück und Meeresrauschen beim einschlafen. Es ist alles neuwertig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die gesamte ruhige Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Es gibt einen supertollen Bäcker und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Veronica hat sich gut gekümmert und war immer für uns ansprechbar. Man konnte sich gut mit Ihr in Englisch verständigen. Selbst ein späterer Checkout war möglich. Wir haben unseren Aufenhalt sehr genossen.

L'appartement est très spacieux et la vue splendide sur la mer. L’accueil a été chaleureux par Patriiza qui nous attendait à notre arrivée. Seul Bémol, les coupures d'eau pendant 3 soirées, mal récurrent en Guadeloupe ,qui gâchent un peu le plaisir
