Wonderful property in a beautiful village

We loved staying in this open spacious villa. It had fantastic pool and family spaces and was incredibly clean and comfortable. A very well provisioned kitchen made cooking a pleasure! I’d say that a car is essential for the location but it’s in a great spot to enjoy everything the coast has to offer. A special shout out to the Bistro des Alberes (Jerome and Marie) who may have the best bar in the world in the prettiest square in the village. Ten minutes walk from the villa and one of the highlights of our holiday!

Fantastic property and location

We had a great 2 week holiday. The property owner and manager were both extremely helpful and responsive in all aspects of the booking. The house itself is brilliant - very clean and well equipped with lots of space and effective air conditioning. The pool is large and cleaned twice a week. In terms of location it's hard to beat as you get the best of both worlds - house is on the edge of a small town (only 7-8 walk from shops) with amazing views of the Alberes mountains, but only 15 mins drive away from the coastal towns of Collioure and Argelès-sur-Mer. There is so much to do for all ages but we didn't get to visit everything we had planned, so aiming to return again! The property is so comfortable it really is a home from home.

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt und kommen gern wieder!Magnifique villa spacieuse au pied des Pyrénées. L’emplacement est calme et offre une vue splendide sur la nature environnante. Idéale pour les familles, avec suffisamment de place pour 6 personnes. La grande piscine bien entretenue invite à la détente, et la maison est parfaitement équipée – rien ne manque ! Nous nous sommes sentis bien dès notre arrivée et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Fint, fräscht rymligt hus med allt du behöver

Vi trivdes jättebra i det här fantastiska huset. Fint och fräscht med stort vardagsrum och kök som hänger ihop. Välutrustat kök med allt du behöver. Saint-Génis-des-Fontaines är en mysig by. Nära till lugna promenadstråk vilket var perfekt eftersom vi älskar att promenera. Detta boende rekommenderas varmt!

Nous avions réservé cette location pour , en premier sa piscine chauffée à 28 degrés . Elle n'a jamais dépassé les 20 degrés. Mi octobre les nuits sont fraîches et la salle de bain mérite un chauffage mais aucune prise basse de toutes les chambres ne fonctionnent.Il a fallu demander des rallonges pour accéder à la seule prise fonctionnelle . (en hauteur) Pas de cles sur les serrures de WC.Le placard de la salle de bain du bas est à vérifier. Le lave vaisselle idem . Malgré ces .désagréments le séjour a été agréable,bel espace dans le séjour. Dommage .A ce tarif nous espérions que les conditions annoncées soient exactes. Hôte premiun cintres en métal .!!

La maison est très spacieuse. On s’y sent rapidement comme chez soi. Le quartier est calme et la piscine sans vis à vis. Elle est idéalement située à proximité des sites intéressants à visiter. Belle maison avec un jolie jardin - au calm, bien clôturer. Dommage qu'il y ait des travaux just à côté (le bruit & la poussière). Cuisine bien équipé et les lits très comfortable. Belle espace pour garer la voiture. Malheureusement, la piscine et la plage étaient en mauvais état (pas propres), nous n'avons donc pas pu l'utiliser, même si la gardienne faisait de son mieux pour régler le problème.

Fascinating house to feel good.

We were very impressed. The vacation home offers much more than described. We spent a very nice time in the house, we did not miss anything. The kitchen equipment had more to offer than some people have at home. Everything is generously and lovingly furnished. Very clean and comfortable. There are numerous places to stay, whether in the house, in the garden or on the terrace. The children were thrilled by the pool and the available toys. The manager is also very friendly, discreet and helpful. Many thanks!!!!

Superbe villa dans un quartier calme et tranquille, qui reste proche en voiture de la mer. Mme Duval bien qu'à distance est tres à l'écoute et reste à disposition des locataires. Nous avons vraiment apprécié cette superbe semaine passé dans cette villa.

Maison bien equipée et située

Nous avons séjourné 5 jours dans cette maison fin Décembre. Celle-ci est tout à fait en accord avec le descriptif et les photos du site ABRITEL. Belle maison spacieuse, confortable, propre et vraiment très bien équipée !!! Petits (3 enfants) et grands (4 adultes) nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Avec un jardin et piscine (pour l’été), parking pour plusieurs voitures et 2 vélos à disposition des enfants (ainsi que des jouets dedans!). La location idéale pour passer d'excellentes vacances. On a visité Argelès sur mer et sa plage (15 min), Collioure (20 min) et aussi Carcassonne (a 1h 20 min). Nous remercions France pour son attention et Sylvie pour son accueil et aide quand il y avait un problème avec le fonctionnement d’internet (parfaitement résolue !). Nous ne manquerons pas de conseiller cette location et espère revenir en été pour profiter aussi de la piscine !!!

Un séjour d’une semaine avec nos enfants et des amis, une maison fidèle à l’annonce et une propriété super bien aménagée. La piscine est assez grande pour tout le monde et de qualité (eau à 29 degrés toute la semaine). La maison était très propre et il y avait suffisamment de place pour nous 8. Seul petit bémol : le canapé lit est vraiment pour dépanner car le matelas est très fin, mais pour des enfants ça passe. Merci aussi à Mme Haas pour l’accueil. C’était une belle semaine à 15 minutes de la côte avecc un temps magnifique en plus !

Beautiful house in the south of france

This is a beautiful, comfortable home from home. The manager and the owner of the property are very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The pool is Fabulous, our children loved swimming around in it. The local village is only a few minutes walk and it has a shop and a few other amenities, however I would recommend a car to see the region properly. The house is situated in a beautiful part of France and it's well worth touring around. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 in the house and we could have easily fit more people. I would definitely recommend a visit to this house. Thank you to the owner for sharing her lovely house with us.

Détente et découverte

Notre famille a passé un séjour hors du commun dans cette villa très confortable et bien et équipée. Nous y étions avec les grands-parents, mon mari et nos 2 enfants de 8 et 10 ans. La maison est lumineuse, sans vis-à-vis, les lits sont confortables et nous avons beaucoup profité du jardin avec les enfants. Des jouets sont mis à disposition des enfants ce qu’ils ont bien appréciés! Plusieurs chaises et bains de soleils sont disponibles. Comme, il y la section piscine et la section jardin, nous pouvions choisir notre environnement préféré. Le BBQ et la terrasse ont été très utiles. Nous n’avons pas utilisé la piscine puisque nous y étions en mars, mais elle est très grande. Nous avons fait plusieurs randonnées dans le secteur qui est très agréable, entouré de montagnes et de vignes. Les voies rapides sont à 2 min de la villa et la mer a 10-15 min en voiture. Il y a plusieurs pistes cyclables près de la maison, ce que nous ne manquerons pas de profitez lors de notre prochain séjour. Le matin, la vue du jardin est si agréable que nous revons tous d’y retourner! Que de belles vacances! Une grand merci!
