"Very nice resort, though starting to look a little worn in places. Room was very comfortable and the staff were very nice and attentive. It is about a 20 min drive back and forth into town, so rental car is definitely helpful, unless you just plan to stay on the resort. Water taxi to Nevis comes straight to the Hyatt dock, which is nice. Only major complaint was the prices on the resort - while the room itself wasn’t terribly priced, the food, drinks and everything else for sale on site were extremely high, even by resort standards. As a result, we opted to eat and shop mostly away from the Hyatt (even shopping at the Four Seasons on Nevis was a bargain by comparison!)"

"I will start with all the good first. Elliot at the front desk was so helpful and very pleasant. Gave exceptional customer service. This hotel is a very nice place. Rooms are not the best but i can’t say they are the worst. This hotel faces the Atlantic side of the ocean so it’s not swimmable if this is what you would like to do at this hotel. The beach chairs are old and outdated. They do clean the pools every morning and the staff does greet you. The restaurants are not the best. The pizza stand is ok the buffet on Wednesdays for seafood night It’s not worth it overcooked lobster and fish. But some edible side dishes. I enjoy the breakfast at Calypso which was the best option they have going for them. I must say it is a walkable distance to many restaurants as well as the supermarket where you can buy a few groceries and liquor. You can walk to the beach. I would say it’s about a 12 minute walk to go to the Caribbean side of the beach. it’s a very nice Place. I would recommend it great for children. The rooms just need an uplift but other than that i would give this place a 3.8 out of 5. Be prepared for everything to close early. Keep that in mind."

"I liked staying in a studio which had a full kitchen which made it accessible for me to reheat leftovers and make a meal if needed. There was adequate amount of room and pool towels. The only thing missing is a place to hang wet clothes."

"Great place to stay in St Kitts - and I have travelled here and stayed at the Timothy Beach Resort on several occasions since 2005. Spacious rooms and good facilities. Right by the beach too."
Architecturally Designed Villa in Paradise, Quiet Beach & Blue Water Views

"We enjoyed our stay at this villa! Beautiful view, great breeze, amazing pool, closely located to Reggae and just 15 minutes to Frigate. Comes with a lot of great things to help you enjoy your stay - snorkels, pool floats, books, games, and even BOP (because you didn’t visit St. Kitts if you didn’t have a run in with a cockroach). Would definitely stay here again."

Villa With Stunning Views, Beautiful Beaches

"Property was as described. Stunning views, monkeys to watch daily. I filled the hummingbird feeders and we also had visitors there. We rented a car through Dwayne, the property manager. It was effortless. Turtle beach area had plenty to do, but we also drove all over the island. I highly recommend renting a car. The only issue we had was timing showers with the washer or dishwasher as it affected the pressure, but we worked our way around that quickly. We had an A/C issue that was take. Care of immediately and did not interfere with our day. It was fixed upon our return in the evening. Thank you for having us!"
