In a charming 1950s villa, our independent accommodation offers a peaceful stay just steps from the sea. Located only 50 meters from the beach via a safe path with no roads to cross, this rental is ideal for couples or solo travelers seeking tranquility and simplicity.



Your Accommodation

This 37 m² space features a welcoming entry area with a dining corner (table, chairs, armchair, sofa, and TV), a comfortable 14 m² bedroom, a functional kitchenette, and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. For your convenience, you'll find a Senseo coffee maker and all the essentials for preparing your breakfasts and meals.



Relaxation and Comfort

Outside, enjoy a private grassy terrace with a partial sea view, perfect for unwinding. Sun loungers, garden tables, and chairs await you under the shade of pine and holm oak trees. A barbecue is available upon request for your use.

Located in a quiet residential area, you’re still close to restaurants, markets, and family-friendly activities. Within walking distance, you'll find a variety of establishments, some open year-round. To make your stay easier, basic essentials (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar) and breakfast staples are provided upon arrival.
