“The area is completely in construction-renovation stage and till today i cannot understand how they can accept guests in such condition... When booking it was said outdoor swimming pool, breakfast, etc, however nothing was working or ready yet. Could not stay longer there and left the hotel after 1night. Not recommended - at least before they can complete the renovation, which doesn't seem to be quick...”

Det svarte fullt ut til forventningene. Vertskapet er sjeldent vennlig og imøtekommende. Hver morgen ble det servert en solid og smakfull, tradisjonell armensk frokost. “The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good. Overall speaking, it is a good hotel if you do not mind it locates a bit far from the city centre or you do not mind to call taxi for your transport. The nearest metro station is located about 20 minutes walk. The pedestrian around the hotel was bad and sometimes you need to walk on the car road. The traffic around the hotel is very busy.”

“We loved our stay at Olympavan. Very friendly service, however, if you don't speak Armenian or Russian communication will be limited. Excellent gym facilities and a very generous buffet breakfast, catered for Armenian elite athletes who live and train here. Quick laundry service, shops nearby, wifi is good enough. The only trouble was the heat in early September and our non aircon room got very hot and muggy. Getting into city centre takes a while as traffic gets chaotic.”

“This is serviced apartment with 24 hours reception. I prefer this than Airbnb because you can find staff any time if you have any questions. RIS Dalma collection apartment is located just beside Dalma garden mall which is the biggest mall in Yerevan. You can find food court, supermarket and currency exchange in the mall. We got a room on 11th floor which have a great view of the city. The room is equipped with full kitchen (oven, microwave, utensils etc.). We also booked the transportation……

“Hotel in good location, just a short distance from all sightseeing spots in the city. Excellent hospitality. Room is spacious and cosy. However, there was a hot water issue in the bathroom during our stay. Hot water supply in the family room was not steady and would go out very quickly after turning on for a minute or two. Could not be fixed during our stay even the hotel had looked into the problem. The wifi signal was weak in the bedroom area of the deluxe room.”
