You will stay in a 3-room terraced house with a total area of 40 square meters. The house was renovated in 2024 and features practical furnishings. It consists of a living/dining room with a sofabed (90 cm, length 190 cm), a dining table, TV, and international TV channels. The living/dining room has an exit leading to the terrace. There is one room with a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), and another room with two bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm).

The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The property also offers a bath/WC, electric heating, a terrace with terrace furniture, an electric barbecue, and two deck chairs. Facilities available include a children's high chair and a baby cot.
