“Very nice, clean and spacious apartment. Three bedrooms made it easy for 4 of us to have space. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was very nice. Kitchen had all we needed. Very close to the Metro and to big sights like the Olympic Park, gardens, Insectarium, Biodome. Easy ride into Old Montreal, Museum of Art, etc. There is construction happening on the street in front, so getting an Uber was a bit challenging. And the noise from the workers and equipment starts very early in the morning. But……

“We booked the apartment as a last minute accomodation while we were in Montreal to accommode changes. An hour after booking we realized we didn't need the apartment and asked to cancel. We were told we could but still had to pay full price. Not very nice, but we agreed to no refunds when we booked so fair enough. However when we arrived the apartment absolutely reeked of a chemical smell. We had dropped our bags off earlier in the day and had noticed how strong it was but we assumed it was part……

“On Expedia it was written that I would get the entire home to myself and share with people in my party. It then proceeded to say that the living bathroom and kitchen are shareable. Then we got there and there is someone living there. When I communicated with the host he never mentioned anything of sharing it because someone was living there. So then when I saw that it was an older guy and I’m a young women I did not feel comfortable. I booked a hotel and did not even stay there for 20 minutes. I……
