「Office is only monitored M-F business hrs. So not sure how to communicate after hours? We arrived late on Thursday and were not in the room we booked. Dealt with that issue in the morning on Friday and it was quickly resolved and our parking space was moved to a secure indoor parking space once they noticed we had bikes. We were happy that we were there during business hours. Unsure what would have happened if this was on a weekend.

「It was a darling space. Cozy and perfect for a stay of a few days or more. Well appointed kitchenette and a very comfy bed. My only comment would be that the stairs to room 7 are a steep climb and would be difficult for anyone with physical challenges or big bags. A note indicating this at time of booking would be helpful. I will definitely be staying here again. It’s central location was ideal.」
