The living room opens onto a 1m x 3m balcony (folding table for 2 people) and a well-equipped kitchen: electric oven + gas hob, microwave, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, thermos jug coffee maker, kettle, toaster, electric juicer, immersion blender, food processor, sets of pots, pans and saucepans, etc. Ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner. Functional bathroom (heated towel rail, hairdryer). Separate WC.
350m walk from Le Minihic beach (with dry sand at high tide!) and 3 km from the inner-city town of St Malo (accessible by bus in 8 minutes: line 4 from Chateau Malo / Rotheneuf, "Fontenelles" stop 300m towards the sea);
