L'Odyssée - Five Bedroom House, Sleeps 9

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-Nic, this charming house to 200m of the beach, of a surface of 130 m ² and being able to accomodate to 9 travellers. It is composed of a pretty living room of 31 m², a fully equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 410 m². Wifi available, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A bright living room of 31 m² with TV, sofa and armchairs open to the kitchen and dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Tassimo coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160*200)
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140*190)
- A shower room
- A toilet
- a large garage with plenty of storage space.

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140*190)
- Room 4: a double bed (140*190)
- Room 5: a single bed (90*190) with television
- A shower room completely redone this year.
- A WC

The two shower rooms and the toilet have been re-painted this year.

Outside :
- A beautiful garden of 410 m² fully fenced and grassed.
- A large, brand-new, south-west-facing terrace with furniture (table, chairs, deckchairs and sun loungers) to make the most of the warm weather.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Nic, between Crozon and Douarnenez, in a very pleasant environment and close to the beach. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities:
- Sightseeing : Visit the peninsula of Crozon, the typical village of Locronan (discovery of the village with its numerous galleries, its church, its small shops and its crêperies), the authentic town of Douarnenez (discovery of the canneries, the port, the town centre and the coastal paths), Quimper...
- Sporting activities: various nautical activities (sand yachting, towed buoy, kite surfing, paddles and kayaks rental, swimming...), hiking along the GR34 which runs along the Breton coast, cycling...
- Events : Festival du Menez Hom in Plomodiern; Festival du Bout du Monde in Crozon; Festival de Cornouailles in Quimper; Fêtes maritimes internationales in Brest; Fêtes maritimes in Douarnenez...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the house's private car park which can accommodate two cars.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Quimper train station is 35 kms away
- Brest airport is 55 kms away

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels are not included, only tea towels and bath mats. They can be provided on request, with an extra charge: 20 € per set and 5 € per person for towels (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). In order to benefit from this service, please contact the concierge before your arrival.
- Free Wifi available
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

unsatisfactory

We were disappointed that one of the bathrooms/showers was very old, mildewy and did not drain well, the front patio was left unfinished and funky smells seemed to be creeping into the house from the garage and outside water lines. We reported this to the agency and have received a small partial refund, but feel it did not justify the overall condition of the house.
