In the heart of a private residence, our villa offers you a very pleasant living environment. Located 500 meters from Boucan Canot Beach, it has a tropical garden, private parking, a terrace with a lounge and a barbecue for the gourmet.
On an interior surface of 100 m2, you will have 3 bedrooms (including 2 air-conditioned, 1 ventilated) with the possibility of lending a baby cot, a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower (hairdryer) ), a WC, a dining room opening onto a living room equipped with a TV with: DVD player, satellite package, a kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge and freezer .
Capacity of the villa: 7 people.
Possibility of a bungalow (new and air-conditioned) in the garden for 2 additional people, equipped with a large bed and equipped with its own bathroom: shower, sink and wc, (additional charge 245eurossem).

Des vacances exceptionnelles à Boucan Canot

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une habitation exceptionnelle. Un jardin tropicale magnifique, une piscine à 28 degrés. La maison est spacieuse et très agréable avec tt le confort. L emplacement est idéal pour passer de très bonnes vacances à proximité direct de la plage de Boucan. Les propriétaires sont charmants et bienveillants. Our flight was delayed, so a family member contacted the owners who were so understanding. The villa is spacious and homely. We were a party of 4 adults and 2 children. The pool was enjoyed by all and the owners went above and beyond to make us very welcome.
