New studio, in the heart of the salt marshes a few hundred yards from the golf of Oléron and the beach. 5 minutes from Boyardville, its restaurants, its shops.

Studio on the ground floor of approximately 40 sqm including 12 sqm on the mezzanine. The studio has a large terrace of more than 20 m² overlooking a wild park of sand and forest of 6 ha.

Non-smoking apartment. Possible option: bed linen and breakfast at extra cost.
The space
On the ground floor: kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and living room with a double sofa bed.

Exit to a private terrace of more than 20m².

On the mezzanine (maximum height 179cm) two independent beds which can be pushed together to make a double bed.
Other things to note
During your stay we are able to offer you the following services:

Household linen:
- Single bed (s) (1 pillowcases + 1 duvet cover + 1 fitted sheet): 11 € / bed
- Double bed (2 pillowcases + 1 duvet cover + fitted sheet 220 * 240): 22 € / bed

Cleaning: regular cleaning during your stay can be offered at a rate of 30 € / hour (end of stay cleaning already included in our service remains compulsory).

Breakfast: served in the dining room between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. (on order the day before before 12 p.m.) at a rate of 21 € / person.

Equipment :
The kitchen is equipped with a 3-burner induction / ceramic hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, kettle and coffee maker.

Soon the studio will have an oven and air conditioning / heating. Not available for summer 2021. We have taken this into account in our prices.

It is forbidden to smoke in the apartment as well as in the neighboring forest, but it is still possible on your terrace.
