Sehr schönes Haus mit traumhaftem Garten. Hunde können frei laufen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und in der Küche fehlt es einem an nichts! Man merkt, dass dieses Haus privat genutzt wird!Die beiden unteren Schlafzimmer sind leider feucht und muffig.

Excellent séjour

Très belle longère au sein d'un écrin de verdure arrangé avec beaucoup de goût ou respire l'âme de ses propriétaires sans pour autant être omniprésente...Un endroit idéale pour passer des vacances reposantes et dépaysantes...La maison est très bien équipé avec du matériel qualité ( cuisine, ustensiles, salle de bain et literie)La proximité de la route peut déranger le matin ceux qui sont habitués au silence total, mais ne gâche pas la sensation de calme dans son ensemble...les nuits sont vraiment silencieuses et seuls les oiseaux de nuits viennent rompre le silence. 4 étoiles seulement pour la procédure d'arrivée car le linge de lit les serviettes de douche n'étaient pas sur place et ont été livré en retard le premier soir à 19h15...Mais rien n'est parfait... Une location que nous retrouverons avec grand plaisir dans l'avenir...

Objekt mit Charme nahe der Steilküste

Wir fanden ein wunderschön eingerichtetes, liebevoll restauriertes altes Bauernhaus vor, umgeben von einem perfekt gepflegten Garten. Der Ort eignet sich hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen der Steilküste zwischen Dieppe und Etretat. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief reibungslos, kleine Unstimmigkeiten wurden umgehend und serviceorientiert gelöst. Wir können das Objekt nur empfehlen.

Jolie location avec quelques faiblesses toutefois

La maison et le jardin sont très beaux, une très belle chambre et salle de bains à l'étage. A proximité de nombreux jardins de Normandie Quelques faiblesses : les deux autres chambres sont bruyantes à cause de la circulation sur la route et de la chaufferie. Le WC coté salon salle à manger dégage des odeurs , pas de sèche linge. La liaison Internet décroche souvent. L'obligation de retirer et déposer les clés à 20 km est peu pratique.

Urlaub mit Hund

Perfektes Objekt für Urlaub mit Hund Dank grossem Garten. Haus liegt etwas abseits der Küste, die aber nur 7km entfernt ist. Dafür ein schönes Wanderwegenetz in der näheren Umgebung. Entgegen vorheriger Bewertungen war es zu dieser Jahreszeit ruhig und man wurde nicht durch Verkehrslärm gestört. Was allerdings stimmt, ist der doch dürftige Internetempfang im Wohn-/Esszimmerbereich. Dafür ist der Empfang in der benachbarten Küche gut. Auch dort gibt es einen Tresen und eine Sitzgelegenheit, um von dort aus ins Internet zu gehen. Alles in allem echt empfehlenswert.

Licht und Schatten

Was uns gefiel: - Sehr sauber - Sehr gemütlich - geschmackvoll und umfassend eingerichtet - großes eingezäuntes Grundstück - perfekt für Familien mit Kindern und/oder Hund Was man wissen muss: - Das Objekt liegt direkt an der Landesstrasse. - Zu Fuß ist nichts zu erreichen. - Ende 2022 und Anfang 2023 fuhren zwischen 5 Uhr morgens und 21 Uhr abends vollbeladene LKWs (30 Tonner), im 10 Minuten Abstand, mit Zuckerrüben in ca. 6 m Entfernung an den 2 Schlafzimmern vorbei. Äußerst störend und nicht ungefährlich! - Im EG Schlafzimmer ist die Heizung für das Haus im Schrank untergebracht. Lärmempfindliche Leute können hier schlecht schlafen. - Das W-LAN funktioniert im Wohnzimmer schlecht. - Der Empfang mit dem Mobiltelefon ist schlecht. - Schränke sind durch Kleider der Besitzer belegt. - Der Schlüssel für das Objekt muss in 20 km Entfernung abgeholt und zurückgebracht werden.

Belle propriété sécurisante pour famille avec enfants. Vaste jardin arboré très agréable. Equipement satisfaisant mais améliorable : pas de sèche linge ne fut-ce qu'externe (mais le propriétaire en est conscient) et il manque dans certaines chambres de quoi ranger les vêtements (étagère, penderie..) Par contre les propriétaires sont facilement accessibles et disponibles pour répondre aux questions en cas de nécessité. c'est un plus. Impression globale positive
