Port Fréjus: Residence "Les Jardins de Phebus", 3 storeys. In the resort 1.5 km from the centre of Fréjus, from the sea, 900 m from the beach, 20 m from the canal. In the house: lift. Supermarket 800 m, restaurant, bar 600 m, bus stop 270 m, railway station "St Raphael" 3 km, sandy beach "Plages de Fréjus" 900 m, diving center 600 m. Sports harbour 600 m, golf course (18 hole) 6 km, sailing school 1 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualand 3.5 km, Karting 3 km, Cannes 40 km, Saint-Tropez 40 km, Nice 70 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Gorges du Verdon 90 km. Hiking paths: L'Estérel 7 km. Residence with electric gates. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency INTERHOME in Port Fréjus.
