    Experience the magic of the Côte d’Azur in our spacious, light-filled 65m² duplex apartment. Perfectly nestled between Cannes and St. Tropez—just 45 minutes from Nice Airport—this gated top-floor retreat offers breathtaking panoramic views of the bay and the Esterel mountains. Whether you are relaxing by the beautiful pentagonal pool or enjoying a morning croissant opposite the residence, this is your perfect French Riviera escape.

    The Space & Layout:
    Spanning the 3rd and 4th floors (accessible via a lift to the 3rd floor), our home is designed for comfort and outdoor living:

    Third Floor:
    Features a bright master bedroom with a king-size bed, ample storage, a modern air-conditioning unit, and its own West-facing balcony with loungers. A separate bathroom, WC, and wardrobe space are also on this level.

    Fourth Floor (Stair Access):
    An open-plan lounge and dining area featuring a Smart TV, high-speed Orange Fibre Wi-Fi, and a comfortable sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need, including a new induction hob, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, and washing machine.

    The Highlights:

    Two Large Terraces:
    Enjoy all-day sunshine with an East-facing terrace off the kitchen and a large West-facing terrace off the lounge—perfect for watching the sunset over St. Tropez with a cool drink.

    Beautiful Swimming Pool: Set in elevated gardens with sea views, our residents' pool is open from May to October (pool passes provided).

    Premium Comforts:
    Full air-conditioning, electric roller shutters for cool nights, secure private parking, and free 100% cotton bed linen and bath towels.

    Unbeatable Location:
    Just 50m to local shops, cafes, and restaurants, and minutes from both sandy and rocky beaches.

    Guest Information:

    Occupancy:
    Ideal for up to 4 guests (maximum 2 adults and 2 children).

    Stay Duration:
    Saturday-to-Saturday rentals (7-night minimum) during peak season. Shorter stays are welcome out of season—please message us to enquire!

    Check-in: 17:00 – 20:00 | Check-out: 11:00 – 12:00
    (Kindly note we are unable to accommodate late arrivals).

    House Rules:
    To keep the apartment pristine for everyone, smoking and pets are not permitted. We kindly ask that apartment towels are kept for indoor use only (please bring your own beach/pool towels).

La vue depuis les deux terrasses côté mer est vraiment sympa. Lovely apartment with spectacular views from three different terraces. Fabulous location close to St Raphael beaches and restaurants, and to local bakers and shops. The apartment building and grounds have a very secure residential feel rather than a holiday let feel to them. The pool was lovely and the apartment was comfortable and well- equipped. We would highly recommend.

Appartement met geweldig uitzicht. Niets ontbreekt. Ligging is top. Aan de overkant van de straat de supernarkt en restaurantjes en het strand op een paar minuten loopafstand. Heerlijk zwembad, maar er staan geen stoeltjes of bedden bij. We hebben genoten.

Ein schöner Urlaub in einer schönen und sauberen Wohnung

Séjour tres agréable.Votre logement est très bien situé et très bien équipé. Le logement correspond à la description parfaitement. Dommage que la piscine n était pas encore ouverte pour notre semaine réservée. On remercie Christine pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Une bouteille de rosé ainsi qu'une bouteille d'eau nous ont été offertes.

Mooi appartement gelegen op een ideale plaats

Het appartement was tip top in orde !! Rustig gelegen aan de haven van Santa Lucia. Het voordeel van de terrassen was dat je altijd in de zon of schaduw kan zitten. Heel vriendelijk onthaal van Christine. Zij legde alles zeer goed uit. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug !!

Beautiful apartment with stunning views

Very comfortable, welcoming and well equipped apartment where we felt very relaxed straight away. It is well located for seafront walks, restaurants, bars and local shops, with a lively but calm atmosphere, and also for exploring the amazing Cote d'Azur. The pool was great and everyone we met on the complex was friendly. Service and information provided from Jane and Christine was excellent. Would thoroughly recommend and hope to return.

So ein schöner Meerblick, wir möchten bleiben!

Wir fanden die Terrassen mit Blick aufs Meer und die Bucht unwiederstehlich schön. Den Ostbalkon haben wir zum Frühstück genossen, vom Bett aus war Blick auf die Bucht. Schöne Maisonettewohnung, freundlich eingerichtet, alles da, was man braucht. Bahnhof 20 Minuten zu gehen, Bus entlang der Küste hielt dort, aber nicht so oft am Tag. Läden, Boulangerie, Restaurants alles vor der Wohnanlage.

Great location

The apartment is great, comfortable and with everything you need. The view of the bay is fantastic. The thing we liked most is the location, across the road from the marina, with shops, takeaways and a great selection of restaurants also some great walks around the coast. Once there you really don’t need a car. Jane and Christine always responded to messages.

Nous avons pleinement profité de la vue fantastique autant de la terrasse mais aussi à partir du salon car canicule oblige nous étions souvent à l’intérieur certains après-midi. La piscine est un plus indéniable de cette location. La propreté de la location , une décoration agréable, fournitures de premières nécessités , accueil et flexibilité de Christine , literie impeccable juste un petit bémol sur la cuisine petite et vieillotte sans plan de travail pour cuisiner mais bien fournie en vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine. Je recommande cette location.
