We had a wonderful stay. The pictures did not do the house justice. Jean-Francois was a wonderful host, he meet us & was available throughout our stay. We had no issues with the house. Well stocked kitchen, excellent patio & furniture for relaxing & entertaining. Well suited for a long stay, easy access to Nice, Cannes, Saint Raphael, Saint Tropez & Marseille by car or train.

Showplace home with stunning views

This property has beautiful Mediterranean views, cool breezes, inviting outdoor spaces and a wonderful jetted pool. This property is also very accessible as it is all on one level and even has a ramp if you want to avoid the few steps down from the driveway. The house is very well equipped. I would definitely return to this property.

Breathtaking Views

The villa was very nice and as shown on the photos. However the view of the Mediterranean and coastline was even better than we could have imagined! The heated spa pool was perfect for what we needed and the large kitchen / living space was high spec and comfortable. The main bedroom is fantastic with panoramic views and a large dressing room and en suite bathroom. The four other bedrooms were all pleasant. The gated estate in the mountains makes you feel very safe and overall we really enjoyed our holiday.

My wife booked this super villa for ourselves and eight best friends to celebrate my 60th birthday and we were not disappointed.We were greeted on arrival by Jean Francois and Dominique Marie with a celebratory glass of champagne each.The main reception room was very comfortable with two leather suites,large tv 📺 screen and Bluetooth music system.High spec kitchen with dishwasher,american fridge freezer with ice maker and gaggenauche cooker.Walked onto the patio and were greeted with the most superb view from Cannes to the left and St Tropez to the right.The pool 🏊‍♂️ was set to a lovely temperature and included a built in jacuzzi and resistance swimming 🏊‍♀️ feature.All five bedrooms were nicely appointed and en suite and included tempur mattresses and electric headboards and remotely operated blinds.Also outside there was a seated dining area for 10 and inside a seated dining area for 8.It really was so peaceful and relaxing 😎 and one of the highlights for me was to sit in one of the reclining leather chairs with a glass of wine 🍷 and watch the ☀️ set over le dramont.I really must thank Jean Francois and Dominique Marie for sharing their lovely home with us and would not hesitate in recommending this property for a group of friends getting together for a holiday

Traumhafte Villa mit unvergesslichem Blick

Wir wurden von Jean-François und seiner Frau persönlich ganz herzlich willkommen geheissen, wie wir das so noch nie erlebt haben. Alles wurde uns gezeigt, v.a. die Küche, die das Herz von jedem, der gerne kocht, höher schlagen lässt. Das Haus ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern und die Kommunikation lief auch bei kleinen technischen Problemen wegen des Sturms hervorragend. Wir können den Aufenthalt an diesem wunderbaren Ort herzlich empfehlen und hoffe, dass wir wieder kommen können.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time in this amazing property situated high above the Beach of Antheor / Agay. It is a newly renovated home of a french family with sweeping views of the ocean through very large windows, not just a vacation rental furnished with IKEA. The home is very well equipped with great beds with adjustable mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen, great interior decoration and with a HEATED outside pool, which is pretty unique in this area. We enjoyed it immensely during the winter time in Antheor. The owner was very easy to work with and was quick to respond to all our needs and questions. We very much look forward to return soon and enjoy St. Raphael / Antheor once more in the summer.

C'est bien connu "le paradis sur terre" n'existe pas mais sur la terrasse ou dans le jaccuzi vous le tutoyez....Entre le bleu du ciel et de la mer vous êtes dans un autre monde. A 180 degrés votre regard se perd dans l'immensité marine de ce lieu d'exception. Le soir avec un bon verre vous pouvez admirer les étoiles brillant de milles feux ,rien ne ternis cette incandescence . Partir est un déchirement ,vivement les prochaines vacances!!!!!

Un nom évocateur presque en dessous de la réalité

Le descriptif correspond en tout point à la réalité. La villa est très bien située dans un endroit calme et protégé tout en étant au coeur de l'agréable station balnéaire d'Agay. L'impression générale : luxe et volupté. Rien ne manque pour que l'on se sente bien. L'accueil chaleureux avec du champagne frais donne le ton pour un merveilleux séjour qu'on souhaiterait ne pas voir finir. Mais ce que l'on oublie pas c'est la merveilleuse vue qui embrasse la baie. Sortir du spa, quitter des yeux ce merveilleux spectacle dont on ne se lasse pas, une déchirure... Une seule envie y revenir, en attendant il reste les photos.

S’il existe un coin de paradis sur terre, nous l’avons trouvé ici ! Vous avez soif d'Azur, de soleil, d'eau bleue chauffée à 38 degrés, d’une vue mer du lever le matin au coucher du soir Vous avez envie d'un réveil ou d’une sieste (dans la somptueuse chambre bleue), d’un petit déjeuner ou d'un apéritif provençal face à la grande bleue Vous avez envie de séjourner dans une villa luxueuse, à la déco très raffinée et parfaitement équipée Vous avez envie d’un petit massage dans le spa, d’un peu de nage à contre-courant ou d’un moment de rêverie au clair de lune en regardant les étoiles ; de jour comme de nuit la « piscine/spa » vous attend Vous avez envie pour des vacances réussies et inoubliables d’un cadre idyllique avec vue panoramique Vous avez envie d’être très chaleureusement accueillis Alors … La Villa "le coin de paradis" est faite pour vous. En passant la porte le premier jour, c’est un Waaaouaahhh ! tant c’est sublime. En fermant le portail le dernier jour, qu’une envie, celle de ne pas partir… celle d’y revenir.

Simplement magnifique

Véritable petit coin de paradis, la villa, spacieuse, parfaitement équipée, et très propre à notre arrivée, est l’endroit idéal tant pour des vacances en famille, qu’en couple. Nous avons découvert une villa aménagée avec très bon goût et raffinement. Des serviettes ainsi que des peignoirs propres étaient à notre disposition, offrant ainsi un confort supplémentaire. Les propriétaires, extrêmement gentils, nous ont parfaitement accueillis. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été conviés à partager un apéritif avec eux. S’en est suivie la présentation de la propriété. La vue est tout simplement époustouflante, que ce soit depuis l’une des chambres, où, depuis le lit, vous pouvez contempler la beauté de la mer, de toute part, ou encore, depuis le séjour. Mais aussi, depuis la terrasse où vous attend un spa, où une fois à l’intérieur, il est difficile d’en sortir. Le propriétaire a très aimablement réglé la température du spa, selon le niveau qui nous convenait, nous a gentiment recommandé de nombreuses adresses dans la région, qui se sont avérées très satisfaisantes. La plage se trouve très près de la propriété . La région dans son ensemble est très sympathique même si, dans ce petit coin de paradis, l’envie de sortir s’est rarement manifestée. Nous recommandons très fortement cette location. Pour notre part, nous renouvellerons avec grand plaisir l’expérience, car elle ne nous a laissée que de très bons souvenirs.

Outstanding experience!

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the owner family who generously offered a glass of champagne and juice to our children on the wonderful terrace. The views from the villa are breathtaking, the living room and bedrooms are spacious, and everything extremely well functioning. The rent is not cheap, but worth every cent!

Villa idealement située, entierement securisée avec parking. Serenité garantie ! Commerces et restaurants à proximité. Perchée face à la mer avec une vue extraordinaire à 180 degrés, dotée d'un SPA de nage, immense terrasse permettant de recevoir avec tout le confort et le raffinement nécessaire. La vue vraiment privilegiée est un spectacle permanent. Cuisine tres complete avec, là encore, un equipement haute de gamme.. Chambres tres confortables avec une decoration soignée. Le nombre de salles de bain et salles d'eau sont largement en rapport avec la capacité d accueil de la villa. En conclusion, prestation haut de gamme dans un environnement de qualité. Interet touristique. Prix justifié.

Probablement une des plus belles situations d'AGAY. Une vue magnifique pour une maison splendide qui offre un confort idéal avec tout l'équipement nécessaire et une très belle déco. Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour et aussi déjà nostalgiques. M. et Mme Moreau sont aussi des personnes très agréables qui nous ont réservé un très bel accueil.
