PARFAIT

Nous avons réservé toute la villa pour des vacances entre amis ( avec enfants en bas âges) durant 15 jours. Cette maison était tout à fait adaptée aussi bien en équipements intérieurs qu'extérieurs pour qu'adultes et enfants passent de bonnes vacances. La piscine et le coin barbecue sont très agréables ainsi que le petit jardin du T2 où il fait bon être à l'ombre. La villa est toute proche du bord de mer et du petit bourg de boulouris ( avec son marché et ses commerces), nous n'avons quasiment pas eu à utiliser nos voitures, tout se fait à pieds, un vrai bonheur!

SEJOUR A ST RAPHAEL

L’accueil est sympathique, l'emplacement est bien situé. Le logement est propre est calme, idéal pour une famille avec des enfants. L'appartement est bien équipé, machine à laver, lave vaisselle, électroménager... Nous avons été entièrement satisfait de notre séjour et nous manquerons pas d'y retourner pour nos prochaine vacance.

Très bien mais manque d'isolation sonore

Nous étions dans le T2 - logement très agréable, propriété très bien entretenue, propriétaire réactif et courtois. Les magasins de centre ville sont à 15mn de marche(même si la municipalité de Boulouris a visiblement décidé de ne pas se ruiner à faciliter la vie des piétons) et la mer à 10 mn(même si on préfèrera probablement d'autres plages). La voiture me semble malgré tout indispensable. Le gros point noir de ce logement vient d'une absence totale d'isolation entre les appartements, on est très très loin des normes en vigueur. Votre confort dans le T2 dépendera notamment des locataires du T4 au-dessus de vos têtes.

"This is a beautiful hous...

"This is a beautiful house and pool with all the equipment you might need, of a very high standard. The gardens are lovely and well kept. It is in a pleasant very quiet area with about a 15 minute walk to the local shops, beach, bus, trains. There was plenty of shade to find when needed. Unfortunately my Mum was struggling a little with walking, but my daughter and I had no trouble with the distances and we managed fine without a car. It was easy to get a bus to St Raphael for more choice of restaurants, though we did have to get a taxi back. We enjoyed using the train to go along the coast to Monaco, Antibes, Juan-les-pins etc. Thanks for a lovely holiday."
