Wonderful Holiday

Beautiful apartment in a quiet residential area. Excursion options, as well as a bakery and supermarket nearby. Handing over the keys went really well despite the language barrier! We'd love to come back!

Lovely apartment, beautiful location

This is a beautiful apartment in a great location. The best feature is the wrap around veranda with fantastic views. The small town has good bus links to Saint Raphaël and easy 2-3 min walk to the train station. There are small shops locally including a boulangerie (which opens early for fresh bread) and a nice charcuterie. The closest beach is lovely but not so easy to access the water as it's very rocky. We spent most of our time at the beach at de la Péguière (about 1 mile walk). I would recommend this apartment.

Terrasse toll

Die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich gut, sie ist groß und hell. Die Dusche ist recht neu und sehr gut. Klimaanlage funktioniert gut und ist sehr hilfreich im Sommer. Die Wohnung hat elektrische Rolläden. Die Terrasse ist super groß, sie umläuft die gesamte Wohnung, man kann sie von jedem Raum aus betreten. Allerdings war die Wohnung nicht wirklich sauber, im Kühlschrank waren noch die Krümel und Ränder vom Vormieter und auf den Küchenschränken waren noch Spritzer... Zudem war einiges defekt: der Kühlschrankgriff fehlt, die Nespressomaschine tropft, eine Schiebetür zur Terrasse lässt sich nicht abschließen, der Toilettensitz wackelt, drei der vier Liegen auf der Terrasse sind kaputt, die Markise ist defekt... alles in allem ist es eigentlich eine schöne Wohnung, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Raum aus betreten.

Schöner Urlaubsort, Wohnung außerhalb Ortskern, tolle Dachterrasse mit Blick aufs Meer, Wohnung toll, aber nicht für mehr als 4 Personen, Einrichtung tw. etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Aufzug, Tiefgarage, Klimaanlage. Kein Pool. Schlüsselübergabe problemlos, sehr nette Dame. Kommen gerne wieder. Hätten, wenn möglich, 4.5 Sterne gegeben.

Appartement sale et propriétaire incorrect

Nous sommes arrivés dans un appartement très sale, seuls les draps et serviettes étaient propres, autrement il y avait des poussières partout sur le sol et du caca incrusté sur la cuvette des toilettes ! On nous a proposé de nous faire rembourser les frais de ménage de 30 euros puisque nous avons du le faire nous même, au final le propriétaire n'a même pas tenu sa parole, nous avons eu 20 euros. Les photos ne sont par ailleurs pas conformes, il y a eu un changement de propriétaire depuis et les meubles sont laids et les chaises sales. Cadeau de bienvenue : une bouteille de rosé, merci, et une bouteille d'eau fraiche .. expirée depuis 2011 !! La plage à 600 mètres n'est pas vraiment une plage puisqu'il y a des rochers partout, on ne peut pas vraiment s'y baigner et il faut prendre la voiture pour la garer en centre ville et payer le parking 35 euros la journée. Bref, fuyez.

Quiet tranquil sun drenched terrace and fully equipped apartment

My husband and I stayed here for a week. The apartment was fully equipped with absolutely everything we could need. Even welcome essentials like water and wine! The huge terrace was magnificent with far reaching views to the sea. Local shops within walking distance. We would definitely stay there again.

Very nice apartment with excellent facilities

A lovely feel to the apartment, very spacious and fantastic views. The apartment was very well prepared for guests and was very clean. Local facilities were very good, we eat at the Toukan restaurant twice as the food and service was excellent. Overall an excellent holiday, great apartment with fabulous facilities. I would highly recommend to others.

Accueil sympa par une voisine, appartement haut de gamme avec clim dans la chambre principale permettant en pleine canicule d avoir une temperature agreable dans tout l'appartement, situé à environ 5 minutes à pied des commerces du centre de Boulouris et de son marché, ainsi que des plages de la Tortue en moins de 10 minutes à pied : idéal avec enfant ! Et en plus, grande etrrasse avec vue pour organiser des BBQ ! Super !

Summier holiday in St-Raphael

superbe location

des vacances de rêve dans ce magnifique penthouse. La grande terrasse permet de jouir du soleil et de la nature en toute quiétude et sans vis à vis. La résidence est très paisible du fait de la rue en cul de sac. L'appartement est très bien aménagé et confortable. Dans la cuisine, le grand frigo/surgélateur(rare en location) se revèle très pratique. Les 2 téléviseurs ainsi que le wi-fi ajoutent au confort général. Les excellents contacts avec la propriétaire qui est très à l'écoute du confort et bien-être de ses locataires, font de cette location un excellent choix. Nous la remercions aussi pour l'accueil chaleureux avec le Champagne ! Restaurants et petits commerces de Boulouris sont tout près. La grande surface est à 10min en voiture. En saison, on trouve restos de bonne qualité et lounge sur la plage.

une belle terrasse à la côte d'azur

Ce bel appartement sis au dernier étage d'un petit immeuble correspond en tous points à la description et aux photos du site. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour avec une vue à 360° sur le magnifique paysage méditerranéen. les commerces et restaurants sont proches et de qualité et facilement accessibles à pied en 5minutes. Le bord de mer est tout proche et les promenades y sont faciles pour tous (juniors et séniors) La propriétaire avec qui les relations furent aisées ainsi que son contact sur place, a tout mis en oeuvre pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux. l'appartement est très bien aménagé, très cosy et impeccablement propre. Nous recommandons cette location à tous.
