"Location is good, close to Tram station. staff is friendly. Cleanses is bad. room window glass were covered by bird excrement. some facilities in room were covered by a thick layer of dust. toilet didn't work sometimes....."

"room. was clean but 36° in the room .no aircon. but a pathetic fan trying its best. bed was comfortable. breakfast was minimal the orange jug was filthy. this was an emergency booking. would not choose to stay there by choice."
