"开房的时候前台就一个人，效率低到令人发指！我们全家精疲力尽就想尽快到房间休息一下，但是开房居然开了整整一个小时！一直让我稍等稍等！太垃圾了！"

"the unit came with a 1/4 roll of toilet paper. we ran out after our first day. we asked for more toilet paper six different times on two different platforms. We were gone for the day and didn't come back until midnight. They never supplied more toilet paper and we had to find some very late at night. ..."
