Beautiful farm estate "Le Clos des Rives", from the 19th century. 9 apartments in the residence. Property composed of main house and outbuilding, in the hamlet Port d'Envaux 4 km from the centre of Saint Vincent-de-Cosse, 5 km from the centre of Beynac-et-Cazenac, 16 km from the centre of Sarlat-la-Canéda, 100 m from the river. For shared use: property 8'000 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool fenced (12 x 10 m, depth 100 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 25.Apr. - 03.Oct.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, table tennis, terrace, barbecue house. In the house: reception, WiFi. Parking (limited number of spaces) on the premises. E-charging station. Supermarket 6 km, bus stop "Beynac & Cazenac - Château" 4.4 km, park "Airparc Périgord" 250 m. Please note: the photograph shows a typical example.

Balcony or terrace. Balcony furniture. Facilities: washing machine, safe, iron, children's high chair, baby cot (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.
