Villa QUIETUDE is a detached house, located in a dead end, high, therefore very quiet. It benefits from a beautiful unobstructed view, not overlooked, of the sea and the surrounding countryside. It is well ventilated and benefits from regular trade winds.
It has three air-conditioned double bedrooms, with bedside furniture and their lamps, with two Italian bathrooms, one of which is private for one of them. As well as two toilets.
In the living room, there is a large corner leather sofa, convertible into two real extra beds, with a coffee table, as well as a television with Sat channel, wifi available.
Two large bay windows overlooking the L-shaped terrace, and the swimming pool, increase this impression of space and beautiful volumes that emerges from this living room.
The L-shaped terrace is partly covered, in which you can eat outside with a breathtaking view of the countryside and the sea; on the uncovered part, there is a pergola, with an outdoor teak lounge with comfortable cushions, as well as its table; ideal for an aperitif because also enjoying the beautiful view. These two parts of the terrace obviously communicate but in addition, there is the swimming pool, which can be lit in the evening and will thus bring a touch of conviviality and light to the discreet lighting of the villa.
The fully equipped American kitchen overlooks the large living room, dining room of approximately 50m², with a central island, it also communicates on the outdoor terrace. You will be able to cook with the view of the Chevalier islet.
As equipment you can count on the Dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, washing machine, rice cooker, electric fryer, electric BBQ, electric mixer, toaster, coffee maker, raclette / pancake machine, press citrus fruits, as well as a sufficient number of cooking utensils.
