“The property was well maintained, the staff was very pleasant and helpful! The rooms are pretty spacious, and clean. However, they need to replace the bathing towels, its were not cleaned. Also, there was incident occurred, while I was in the room, staff has entered twice stating that they were asked to come check on the room for cleaning. It was first time, a female, then an hour later, a male showed up. I asked them both why are you entering the room when I have already checked in, and……

“While the staff were nice and the beaches were great, the property and the sea view queen room was a bit antiquated and the tile floors need some attention especially around the edges and corners. The hall ceilings leaked leaving water puddles; no elevators and no one to assist with carrying luggage to the 3rd floor; no bottled water or bathroom amenities or room service; and no WiFi in the rooms. In fact it was horrible everywhere -we had a hard time completing our flight check in and……

“Das Zimmer wurde täglich mehr oder weniger gereinigt. Nicht immer wurde der Boden gewischt, teilweise lagen Flusen über Tage auf dem Boden und auch Handtücher wurden nicht zuverlässig ausgetauscht. Die Klimaanlage hat perfekt und ohne Störungen funktioniert. Auf der Terrasse standen Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Nespressomaschine inkl. Kapseln zur Verfügung. Duschgel und Shampoo waren vorhanden, jedoch keine weiteren Pflegeutensilien wie z.B. Wattestäbchen. Das Frühstück bestand aus einem……

“Everyone at the hotel was very nice, friendly and very helpful. The place was also very clean, and I would stay there any time.”

WiFi was not working making it hard for us to communicate with the driver for the next day. The deposit was not refunded back to me after over a week. Which I was told it would be canceled the following day one no items were as found broken ”

“I stayed there for 7 nights. There was a used soap when I first moved in. The AC is freezing cold and can't adjust. I saw hairs several times in the towels. The pillow is too low. I won't say it's a good experience staying there.”

“PROS: beautiful location, property, and room, large balcony with small kitchen area CONS: Basic service items insufficient or not even available: - coffee maker in room came without supplies; but they sell you coffee pods for 1 Euro ea. at the front desk, twice the nearby store price; - no paper towels or hand tissues available, even upon request (maid told us to 'just use toilet tissue') - getting a towel for the beautiful swimming pool is nothing short off a hassle:……

“The staff was great and the property was as well. The room was lovely and I had a great view of the Carnival parade. I will stay here next time I visit Martinique. Also, they have onsite parking which is beneficial for staying near the parade site.”

La propriété se situe dans un parc sécurisé et magnifique, à proximité immédiate de la splendide Plage du Diamant, ainsi que des commerces. “There is NO beach at this hotel. There is a small , not very nice beach a short distance away but it is NOT a beach for spending any time. The hotel room had an ocean view but also a view of the port, which is the neighbouring property, and the marina. The pool is very small and the chairs around it are few. As far as value for money goes it doesn't match the price. The gym is minuscule and breakfast is NOT included. We had to pay 17 Euro per person for breakfast AND there are no nearby……

“Très bel hôtel avec un jardin tropical très agréable, des espaces de détente, une grande piscine avec un bar très sympathique. Notre chambre pour quatre était spacieuse avec une mezzanine pour les enfants, un balcon avec une jolie vue sur le jardin. Le personnel est accueillant et à l'écoute. On recommande !”
