Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming cottage for rent in Sainte-Marie-du-Mont, one kilometer from the beach. It has a surface area of 27 m² and can accommodate up to four guests. It consists of a 15 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a sleeping area on the mezzanine, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 1,009 m². Wi-Fi included, we are waiting for you!

The Tiny House is ideally located in Sainte-Marie-du-Mont, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

- Utah Beach, approximately 1.5 km away, with its historical remains linked to the D-Day landings
- Activities offered by Utah Mer Loisirs: Sand yachting, kayaking, paddleboarding, kite flying, and kite buggying

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the enclosed courtyard of the Tiny House (maximum 2 vehicles).

- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet about 53 miles away
