A beautiful apartment in a beautiful location

Once again, Property Owners Thierry and Martine made our 30 day stay a wonderful experience. Their beautifully decorated apartment is 300 meters from a beautiful beach and a 2 mile walk to the vibrant downtown of Saint-Maxime. We enjoyed walking to town along the Gulf of Saint-Tropez to buy our fresh fish, meat and fresh vegetables. We wanted to feel locals and it was a great experience. The apartment is approximately a 1 ½ hour drive to reach Cassis to the west or Eze to the east making day trips to the beautiful sites and towns located in the Cote d‘Azur very pleasant. We are looking forward to our next stay in Saint-Maxime.

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung ist grün und ruhig (in einer gesicherten Residenz). Der Strand ist nah und schön.Viele Ausflüge in die Umgebung.

Die Wohnung ist schön und freundlich. In der Küche findet man alles, was man so in den Ferien zum Kochen braucht und die Sitzmöglichkeiten außen sind sehr schön. Perfekt ist vor allem die fußläufige Distanz zum Strand - mit dem Auto ist die Wohnung auch leicht zu finden und viele Ziele in der Region gut erreichbar. Vorab Kommunikation, Check In und Out sowie alles weitere liefen super. Die Vermieter*innen sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und antworten sehr schnell. Abzüge gibt es von uns allerdings für die viele, recht staubige Deko, wodurch die Wohnung nicht super sauber ist. Außerdem sollten Dinge wie Spülmaschinentabs, Küchenhandtücher, Klopapier Teil der Grundausstattung sein. Die 40 für extra Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind für das Wäschepaket, was man bekommt, zu teuer! Für 4 Personen ist die Wohnung definitiv zu klein!

Klein maar fijn

In dit kleine appartement (slapen op de vide)is alles aanwezig en werkt alles uitstekend. Erg fijn is de hieveelheid sfeervolle verlichting. De eigenaar wachtte onszelf op en was is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De comminicatie verliep prima mede omdat wij de franse taal beheersen. Vermeldens waard is dat hij ons perfect heeft geholpen toen we bij weggaan ontdekten dat we een lekke band hadden. In het weekend heeft hij de band vor ons gerepareerd. We komen hier zeker nog een keer terug.

Tolle Unterkunft für unseren Urlaub

Der Aufenthalt war rundum prima! Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Gastgeber der Unterkunft sehr kommunikativ und nett. Die Abwicklung war daher absolut problemlos. Alles war sauber und in Ordnung. Eins muss man wissen: Die Decke über der Bett im OG ist recht niedrig. Vielleicht nichts für große Leute oder bei Rückenbeschwerden.

Bonne situation à deux pas de la plage de la Nartelle Résidence calme, parking aisé. Studio bien aménagé et bien équipé. Quelques petits accessoires de la vie de tous les jours manquants rendront le séjour au top : pince à barbecue, crochet suppl. à la sdb, produits entretien.
