Stunning House and Views

Excellent, clean and modern house with amazing relaxing views. Thoroughly loved looking at all nature has to offer. Pelicans, bird life and Cormorants visiting every day. Would definitely stay again.

Relaxing getaway

Beautiful little property, all modern appliances and freshly renovated. The pool and the pool table provided extra entertainment and the separate living areas provided everyone there own space. We had a wonderful time, thank you.

Beautiful location

Gorgeous house in a perfect location. House clean and lovely. Quiet and peaceful with easy walks and amazing views. Pool temp not accurate which was the only issue. Really need that fixed

Heaven on a stick

Amazing house .Great quiet location, pool was hit with the little ones. a privacy fence from the neighbours would be a good idea. overall we all had a great time and would love to come back .

Great holiday

It is a great location and the property has great facilities. The upstairs bedrooms have a weird layout because you have to go through bathroom to get to second bedroom. The pool, location and view were great. The floors didn’t seem to have been cleaned properly as our feet were black from walking barefoot. We felt that they had skimped on some of the consumables/ not enough toilet paper and salt cellar never had salt but overall was a good stay.

Perfect position and wonderful accommodation

It is the perfect house for friends to gather and enjoy each other's company. Great position for walks or paddling, pool perfect temperature for late-night swimming or all-day lounging. Beautiful sunrises from the balcony, great downstairs bar area, nice kitchen, and awesome bathroom off the main bedroom. Clean, neat, and tidy. Would recommend.

Husbands Sixtieth

Had a lovely time with our kids, their partners and 3 grandchildren aged 2, 1 and 10 months, celebrating hubby's 60th Birthday. Went fishing, trips to Stockton Beach 4WDing and swam in pool. Walked around the point for a beach swim. Very relaxing. The house was perfect for get together meals, chatting and finding a quiet space to sit when needed. Loved our time there. Jane and Glen and fam.

Breathtaking, relaxing and calming stay!

Our stay at Seaside Sanctuary was truly delightful. The property is wonderfully equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable, "home away from home" experience. The décor is absolutely stunning, creating a beautiful and inviting atmosphere.The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking ocean view, which provides a calming and serene outlook—ideal for relaxing and completely unwinding from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Whether you're looking to chill out or simply recharge, this is the perfect place to do so.Unfortunately, we encountered an issue with the pool maintenance during our stay. We contacted the Agent, who did their best to assist, but due to it being the weekend, there wasn’t much they could resolve. Despite this minor inconvenience, it did not detract from the overall experience, as everything else about the property was truly exceptional.We highly recommend Seaside Sanctuary for anyone seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway. It's a property that offers both style and tranquility in equal measure.

The kayaks were a lovely addition. The view was incredible as we enjoyed watching dolphins in the bay. Unfortunately the beach was full of seaweed during most of our stay but cleared the last day. Reviewer Comments: We had a pleasant stay over the school holidays weekend, all as described, with great condition, great view and complete set of facilities to entertain families with kids in different age groups. The only minor thing to consider is accessing the second bedroom in the second floor which was wired ( access through balcony or via ensuite of the master bedroom). But that was only a small inconvenience issue, overall really happy with the place.

Beautiful home on waterfront at Salamander Bay

This is a beautifully renovated house right on the waterfront with lovely living areas overlooking the bay and modern kitchen with enough basics provided for our weekend stay - things like soap, tissues, paper towels, salt & pepper, tomato sauce, tea & coffee, etc. The pool table got plenty of use and the weather was nice enough to be able to use the kayaks and paddle board. The swimming pool was lovely to look at but not quite warm enough to swim. The only negative with the layout of the house is that the two bedrooms on the top floor share a two-way bathroom and the back bedroom entry is from this bathroom or from the outside front patio.

Easy living Beachside Home

Reviewer Comments: This place has a lot of positives including its location (right on the beach), quiet cul de sac street, pool (unfortunately heating wasn’t working however the pool technician came and got it working on day 2), the kayaks (2) and stand up paddle with life jackets, and the house itself is beautifully furnished and the heating works a treat! The BBQ worked well as did the oven. The sofa bed was made up which was great for our 7yo. One of the pool queues unfortunately had a broken tip which made playing awkward. The checking in was easy. All up, we had a great time with our friends (another family) who also enjoyed it immensely.

Beautiful, relaxed mid-winter stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this property for 4 adults and 2 children for 3 nights in mid August. The place was perfect, the pool and the pool provided a lot of fun for us all, both were clean and well kept. We took 2 kayaks but the additional 2 provided kayaks (including life jackets) enabled us to further enjoy the bay. Noting there was also a paddle board but we did not use it. Communication with the property managers was excellent, and we appreciated being provided the entry code details a little earlier than 3pm as this is quite late for entry for a property of this price.For meals, we walked to the Cheeky Dog for dinner, an easy walk, great food and a trivia night (Tuesdays), and used the bbq and other cooking facilities on the other evenings. There are 2 large supermarkets around 7 minutes drive away, plus a local smaller supermarket, which meant sourcing supplies to be very easy.We also visit the nearby go karts and used the tennis courts at Soldiers Point (racquets and balls supplied although very old).Overall, I would recommend this as a great place to stay.
