Two-room apartment for rent on Lake Iseo in Sale Marasino.
Convenient to all services, in a quiet and private area with breathtaking views of the lake, exclusive internal parking with gardens and swimming pool, at the same time close to the town center and to food bins easily reachable on foot. The nearest supermarket for large supplies is only 2.5 km away (Despar Marone)
The apartment is suitable for two people: equipped with a double bedroom and an additional sofa bed in the lounge which allows the maximum presence of an additional child.
Kitchen with appliances (oven, microwave and dishwasher), independent boiler, bathroom with shower, washing machine, Wifi and reserved outdoor patio with table and chairs overlooking the lake and Montisola for lunch and dinner outdoors with an enchanting view.
In practice, you can comfortably admire the view in a private setting and with all the comforts: swimming pool, parking, outdoor area, possibility of sailing trips and trekking.

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is very well equipped. Everything was very clean and Gabriella welcomed us with fresh fruit. Wonderful location and surroundings.Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole. L’appartamento è molto ben attrezzato. Era tutto molto pulito e Gabriella ci ha accolti con della frutta fresca. Posizione e dintorni incantevoli.

Unsere Tage am Iseosee waren sehr schön leider war die Verständigung mit der Übergabe Person sehr schwierig.
Englisch sprechen sollte man können.

Tolle Lage mit Blick auf den See
Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage mit Blick über den See - ergänzt durch den Pool und die gute Ausstattung haben wir die Woche genossen. Nett war auch der Begrüßungsespresso und der große Obstkorb sowie das Wasser, das bereits im Kühlschrank auf uns wartete. Die Kommunikation verlief unkompliziert und prompt.

Quiet and beautifully situated holiday flat with a great view
Quiet and well-maintained complex. The flat is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. We received a very friendly welcome and were shown around the flat. Expressi and a fresh fruit plate were included! Many walks are possible in the surrounding area, the view is magnificent! Recommendation 100%! Many thanks again to Gabriella and Nico!

Ruhige Oase
Wunderschöne Anlage mit traumhaften Aussichten. Entspannen, schauen und zum Pool schlendern. Die Wohnung war außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet, fühlte sich fast an, wie Zuhause. Direkt am Haus verläuft der Wanderweg. Nur 400 Meter bis zur Seestraße. Die persönliche Begrüßung durch Gabriella und Nicoletta war ebenfalls sehr schön. Danke!

De locatie heeft een fantastisch uitzicht over het meer. Lastig te bereiken over een helling van 30%
Het verblijf was aangenaam mede gezien het weer. Het meubilair was gedateerd. Slecht zittende bank. De keuken was compleet ingericht. Slaapkamer was prima. Bed was okay. Badkamer is voorzien van alles wat noodzakelijk is. Echter de douchecabine was erg klein.

Wunderbar gepflegte Anlage
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem kleinen, aber feinen Appartement sehr genossen. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und in einem Top Zustand. Die Ausstattung des Appartements ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber hat alles, was man braucht.
Gabriella und Nicole waren sehr bemüht, uns alle Wünsche zu erfüllen, immer wieder wurde nachgefragt ob auch alles in Ordnung ist! Mille Grazie!

Traumlage mit Traumblick
Ruhig mit einem fantastischen Ausblick von Terasse verbrachten wir unsere Zeit bei Gabriella. Zum Schluss gingen wir sogar das letzte wirklich steile Stück Straße (fast) ohne Schnaufen hoch. Der Gedanke auf baldige Abkühlung im Pool half sicherlich dabei.

Tolle Lage, schöne Wohnung und Anlage
Wohnung in einer schönen, abgeschlossenen Anlage mit schönen Grünfläschen (Bäume, Blumen, usw.). Pool leicht zugänglich. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Und Gabriella hat uns gut umsorgt. Die wenigen Englichkenntnisse wurden durch den Kontakt zum Sohn ausgeglichen. Ausstattung der Wohnung sehr gut und vollkommen ausreichend, um sich selber zu versorgen. Lage perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen aber auf jeden Fall mit dem Blick über den See, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen.

A pleasure
Very spectacular site, absolutely perfect to start visiting the whole region (Lago d‘Iseo villages, archaeological sites, Franciacorta and Brescia.). Superb view over the lake and Monte Isola. All necessary amenities available in apartment and Residencia. Very amicable host, no problems with check- and out. No other TV-program than Italian - hence a fantastic, quiet vacation ;-)
