「We had a great stay, staff was very nice, beautiful clean rooms, comfortable beds, the only negative thing is that the walls are very thin, we felt we all were staying in the same room !! Ear plugs needed !! 」
「Our little refrigerator wasn't working upon arrival, they replaced it immediately. The staff was super friendly and helpful. This is right on Essex street where no cars are allowed which we really loved, being right on the shopping strip and parking was close by.」
"I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous."
