"I checked in, had already paid for the room through Expedia and the property charged me again for the same room. If I hadn't had alerts turned on for my card I wouldn't have caught it for a bit. I had to reach out to the manager the next day to get the issue rectified. The manager threw the desk clerk under the bus as the reason for the issue. I don't have confidence the issue would have been resolved if I hadn't escalated. No coffee or breakfast options on site before 7am im assuming. Okay...
