Reception staff are very friendly and helpful, good location, walking street and supermarket nearby, as well as both harbours for tour. Breakfast are good too.

The room was brilliant. I unfortunately had a slightly cracked shower head upon my arrival, it wasn't visible to the naked eye but sprayed when turned on.
