" Dry handy to be close to the airport"

"We booked a suite/connecting rooms, and it was surprisingly spacious. There was plenty of room for all our things (and the girls' various outfits!) without us feeling like we were tripping over each other. The location is a major win for families. It’s a very easy 10–15 minute walk to the train station, which gives you direct, hassle-free access to the heart of Venice in no time."

"Nice room though Very small room. Cleani was okay...i found some hairs in it too. I requested a taxi to the airport at 3.30am. My friend told me it doesn't matter the time the price is 35Euro. The receptionist told me because if the time it is 45 Euro. When i arrived at the airport tye driver demanded 70Euro of which i had no choice but to pay. Scam!"

"The hotel is beautiful and the decor is as far from bland as you can get. You really know you’re in Venice in this hotel. The best thing about staying at this hotel is the location - very quiet but only a 3 minute walk from loads of great bars and restaurants. The Cannaregio area is so lovely and feels far away from the heaving tourist heart of Venice, even though it’s only about 25 minutes walk away. The hotel also runs a shuttle boat 2/3 times in the morning, returning early evening. €8 pp. The hotel is very relaxing. It’s not huge and busy. Breakfast is delicious. Staff are all helpful. Rooms well equipped. You can request anything you need online. We asked for an extra pillow that way and it came immediately! I was impressed."

"The property was great, staff were very accommodating and overall we had a great stay. The room was clean and the breakfast was fresh every morning. The hotel sits up hill from the town centre but is an easy walk and a walkable distance to everything you’d need! "

"Only stayed fo the evening. Staff when are arrived was so sweet and very kind. She helped us figure out the bus system to Venice. We left very early next morning so only spent and evening an the morning staff (gentleman) was also very very helpful and kind. The building was a bit disappointing for a BW. It really needed an update. Carpets didn’t feel clean. Light in bathroom didn’t work. Extr pillows in the cupboard were not clean. The outlet by the bed didn’t work appeared broken. Over all it was okay for a one night quick stay but was happy that was all. Needs renovations. Also traffic on the road was noisy all night long. "

"Charming,characterful property and well located with super helpful staff. Conveniently located for the airport but less so for Venice necessitating a 45 minute bus ride on the number 5. The hotel is rather like a ranch and attractive. It is very non corporate compared to the nearby Marriott, a positive aspect in my opinion."
