Location: Atalaia Beach, just 2 minutes from the beach, in Vale do Sall II, block 93, house 24, next to the tourist bus parking lot. House with 4 independent suites. We have: 350lt beer cooler, Wi-Fi login (Maite password 57125000), Check-in and check-out are flexible, bed linen, super comfortable sheets. Note: I would like to emphasize that we have cameras on the outside of the house, by the pool, and outside. Do not tamper with the cameras. 1- When hiring our services, we formalize a rental contract with the Lessor's requirements at least 10 (ten) days after the closing of the contracted stay. In the contract, we require a security deposit of one thousand reais to cover any eventual damages to the property or its belongings, with the total amount of the security deposit being returned at the end of the stay, if there are no discrepancies. 2- The security deposit is only due upon signing the contract with the owner. 3- We charge an additional fee per guest for groups exceeding 12 people. 4- Electricity is the responsibility of the guest; we charge R$1.90 per kWh consumed. 5- We have cameras in the pool area and outside the house. It is forbidden to touch or tamper with the surveillance cameras; it will be a very serious offense to break the rules. We will charge a fine of 20% on top of the rental value.
