Very easy booking in and the staff were very helpful. The meals I had were well cooked and hot. The Showering facilities were good with plenty of hot water. They also supplied 2 fans which made it very easy to sleep in this heat. The next time I’m at THRUXTON for the racing I will try to book this venue first.

The staff here were lovely but the hotel leaves a lot to be desired, overall cleanliness was poor and the decor dated, it's trying to be a boutique hotel but has more the vibe of an old people's home. It needs a serious cash injection, decorator and deep clean!

Fantastic few days over a very HOT week .. and the mini fridge in the room was a blessing! But then, the Gray Manor Hotel has lots of little touches that just make your stay very, very enjoyable .. and the breakfasts (delicious!) - Ideally placed for the A303, free parking, and fabulous outdoor areas for a cold beer or to just wander .. trust me, this is a great place to stay!

A very tired Hotel in need of repairs/upgrading. Showers mixer tap didn't work correctly which resulted in cold or scalding shower without warning. Bed was very uncomfortable and rooms dated. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Menu very limited, but what we did have was okay.

This hotel has character although it could do with some tlc in places. They have a kids playground which my 6yr old loved. Also the staff are wonderful as I noted when my daughter fell out of bed one night during our stay and the staff were only interested in my daughters well being rather than the decorative candle holder that broke as she tumbled to the floor. I wish there were more hotels like this than the typical box hotel chains I find in the USA where I live. For those from the USA, please be aware there is no A/C in the hotel rooms (the windows are easy to open) and no elevator to the second floor rooms.
