"This stay was amazing! One of the best experiences I’ve had in a very long time. The staff is really helpful and kind. The food is not to be missed. Breakfast buffet is just right to get your day going and the full dinner option was phenomenal. I’d arrive at my chosen time and my table was waiting each night. Every course was carefully prepared and incredibly tasty. The view from my igloo was better than I imagined. Right beside the frozen lake. The igloo had everything I could possibly want including a sauna which I used every night. I’m wasn’t lucky with the weather and didn’t get to see the lights at night. I see that as an invitation to return again perhaps a little earlier in the year. "

"Everything was excellent - clean room with staff very helpful throughout! There isn’t much amenities so bring your own amenities, but large room with private sauna was just perfect hideaway for a family with children. Will definitely visit again!"

"Arrived very early and, after a 2 hour wait, was given early check in (3.5 hours early!). Room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast buffet was plentiful. "

"We stayed in the apartments, it was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We used the spa and pool which we paid extra for at the main reception, which was lovely. There was a small shop within reception and a small bakery which was about a 5 min walk out of the complex, everyone was friendly, "

"We really enjoyed our stay. Our apartment was clean, modern and well equipped. The resort is great for sledding and the on site soft play/activity park was great for the kids. We ate at the restaurant 3 times and the food and service were both good. We thought the price of using the pool was too high 65euros per day for a family of 4. Had it been half of this we would have visited."

"Personnel pas accueillant, nous remettent nos clés sans explications du fonctionnement de l’igloo (comment mettre l’eau, les lumières, etc). On a dû trouver par nous même. Une fois l’eau mise, inondation sous l’évier, trempant tous nos bagages. Ne vaut absolument pas le prix. Déjeuner ok. Quand on va se renseigner, nous ignore totalement, ne se lève même pas pour voir ce que j’ai besoin. J’ai chercher la douche commune pendant 30 min car on me faisait juste un signe vers où aller mais m’ont pas expliquer que c’était avec le sauna et douche pas indiquer. Très décevant mais hutte mignonne. "
