"the self-check in and out was easy to do via a kiosk. the place had some nice restaurants within walking distance. it was also easy to walk down to the main sites. the only problem with not having a person on site is not getting problems resolved. we were having problems connecting to the internet we tried multiple times trying to connect. when we tried reaching out to them i could not get my WhatsApp to respond. and when trying to call it just rang and couldn't leave a voice message. i tried reach out to the through the Expedia app where we had communicated previously. i just go an AI message and that i would get a response within their next available hours. which they never did. we ended up not having any internet service during our stay."
